    Had my car taken to ****** for an engine replacement, took two months and $10,000 which was $3,000 over estimate which is no big deal. car came back to me with numerous issues that had to be fixed including but not limited to, coolant leaks, loose bolts and clamps, backwards lines, vacuum leaks, etc. called ****** immediately when i got the car home because there was many check engine lights that came on, my advisor never called back, I called 3 times after no return call. filed complaint with ****** of ******* and they told me that my adviser said i never reached out even after leaving multiple messages with people at the dealership. ****** of ******* ca said they cant do anything. I have already had the car fixed, but its not fair to spend over $10k to then have hours of work to fix.

    Horrible customer service, They wouldn't volunteer any information about my car without me calling 10 times. They claimed they couldn't get any info about the warranty or process which ****** of ******* told me was false. I had a 2024 ****** in for an engine issue which they tore completely apart and said it wasn't warranty then wanted a ridiculous amount of money to put back together. I called ****** of ******* 10 times a day for 2 whole weeks before anybody would talk to me. I refused to pay Placer motors a dime and they gave the car back to me in boxes completely tore apart and unorganized. My vehicle was running and driving when i dropped it off to them and now its completely tore apart and they basically told me quit talking to us not our problem.
