I purchased several of the same item as I did not know what size my children were. Before completing the transaction, I verified whether or not I could return the *clearance items. The cashier informed me that was not a problem and I absolutely could within 60 days. I thanked him and completed the sale. 2 weeks later, I went to return the items that didn't work, and was told by the "owner" that I could not. I tried to confirm the reasoning why and they would not give one. When I tried to explain that her staff member lied to me and told me it was fine, she told me I was being rude and asked me to leave the store. Owner/employees are being dishonest to make sales and now I am stuck with products I cannot use due to their falsities. This should be illegal.
