Business is offering pricing and terms online that it has no intention of honoring.I placed an order last week (approx $265 + $68 s&h), and provided payment in full with my order from the Kalispell location.The next day they (****/*****) emailed me stating they had made an error and "To ship this amount will above $400" - more than doubling my original order - offering to process at this rate or refund my purchase.Today (3/15, ie. 5 days later) I returned to their website, recreated my order, and found they were still offering the original pricing of my order (screenshot attached).I emailed them my response (including the screenshot) that since they were still advertising their products at the same price and had accepted payment in full with my order last week, I expected them to honor our agreement.I received an email reply approx 2 hours later that they were out of stock on some of my items anyway, that they had refunded my order (without my approval) and were only taking phone orders at this time - none of which was identified on their website at the time of my email to them this morning. Returning to their website shortly after receiving this (2nd) email, I found they had subsequently removed 2 of my order items from their website - presumably after having pointed out they were falsely advertising.I can certainly understand a mistake or changes in supply that result in order delays, and would have been willing to work with them on some reasonable terms, but they obviously have no regard for truth in advertising or honoring any contract/agreement. Their philosophy - place your order, then take our revised terms or we'll give you your money back.I don't know if this was an honest mistake by a busy shop or purposeful misrepresentation/false advertising - but clearly their philosophy is to make this all my problem, and none of their concern.
