****** husband have suffered abuses & lies of one ***************************,Real Estate Sales Mgr.in handling the purchase/loan for our home in ***********, ******** realtor is a witness to same I have owned homes in the past & have never suffered the abuses not even close to what we have suffered through ***************************** w/ the phony smile on his face while NOT getting anything done re moving forward on the loan w/o either myself or my realtor having to make constant calls & messages Final straw is this The loan was completed & we are in our new home having Never received any finalized documentation He does nothing unless there is a commentary threatening to let his superiors know about the bad service then w/ a phony smile on his face he does a half-baked job/apologizes but does it again & again & again We never received any finalized papers from ***** When I inquired ***** gave me a fake name of a lender who is Not Carrying our loan First payment was due & not taken out of our acct I had to call & recall & send text messages to get him to respond Finally he told me the loan was being handled by Mountain West Bank that he had the first payment made from that point on it would be auto-pay each mo for the 2nd I have been leaving him telephonic *************** messages sine the first wk of June payment has NOT been withdrawn again More of the same lies & bad service For some reason he feels safe in Abusing Mountain West/Glacier Bank customers I have contacted him via phone call & text several times asking him to get it withdrawn immediately and WHY is it not being auto-withdrawn as he said it would be?HE REFUSES TO RESPOND HE OBVIOUSLY FEELS HE CAN GET AWAY W/ THESE ABUSES & FEELS HE HAS THE RIGHT PERSON IN HIS HIP POCKET TO PROTECT HIM He should be fired He is abusive to ************************************************* customers at Will He puts a Smile on his face & becomes sugar sweet when called on it & gets away with it I have never experienced anything like this before!Business response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.I am the one who created the resolution w/o the assistance of the Bank. As well, it should be noted that the commentary within the Bank's response is NOT totally accurate!
Whoever wrote it was evidently misinformed by ***************************... I had never received any contact via PHH the lender they sold the mortgage to ... prior to me taking the action to search it down! Also, I just received the closing docs which should have been sent to me on the date of the closing but I had to request them in my BBB complaint to obtain them. I had requested them several times from *************************** and was ignored.
I have been a loyal customer of *********************** for over a decade and I like them... this complaint is reflective upon the misconduct of one of their employees... solely... ***************************!
Additionally, everything that I submitted about ***************************** is the Truth ... I can take a lie dectector test or the Truth Serum and willing to!! And invite *************************** to do the same! Our realtor is also witness to all of the blundering and lies we had to suffer through in dealing with ********************! As are dozens of text messages between all of us!! Which I have kept since I have a background in law.
I am only accepting this due to my moving forward and taking the appropriate actions to connect with PHH. Not because of anything ***************************** did...

Repeatly, I have asked that ********************************************************** be removed from the Glacier Bancorp Inc. mailing list. I called them in July 2022 and submitted a written request on 1 August 2022. I just received another unsolicited, unwanted piece of printed material on 13 September 2022. My requests have been ignored. I am asking for your assistance to have ********************************************************** removed from the Glacier Bancorp Inc. mailing list.Business response
