Absolutely terrible disgusting rooms. I asked to be moved to a different room of which they did because the room I had originally been given had holes in the walls and a dirty toilet and tub. I was moved to a Jew room of which I had to request a new sheet be given to me to put on my bed because the sheets had holes in it and was stained. Along with the comforter stained. I was getting prepared the following morning and a small bug ran under into the carpet that is lifting off of the floor/wall. I have seen these bugs before as I am a travel nurse and have stayed in many hotels. This was a bed bug no doubt I am 100% positive of this. I quickly removed my belongings and requested a refund. The boy at the desk stated I needed to come back in the morning for that so the general Mgr could assist. When I went back for my money the girl handed me back a envelope WITHOUT my full refund stating she looked and there were no bugs. I am not arguing with this woman. I asked to speak to her manager and she said she would have to call them and refused to give me their information. She refused to refund me and stated I was incorrect I was lying and she wouldnt provide anyones information to me period. This is by far the worst incident I have encountered with a hotels staff member. I feel this place really should just be closed down. Its filthy, the pool and hot tub out of order, the soda machines empty the carpets not even vacuumed the toilet and tub filthy. The clientele they cater to appear to be under the influence of methamphetamine. I am extremely disturbed by this and the public should have some warning. Looking online the pictures are very deceiving. There are so many health codes broken here I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like.
