On October 14, 2023, I ordered (order #*****) four Chauvet DJ COLORband PiX-M USB LED Moving LED Strip Lights totally $1759.96 from Phantom Dynamics.On November 17, 2023, after I emailed asking for an update, the message I received was "*** Looking I'm looking into your order now - I will see what is going on and get back to you right away ********************* Special Effects Manager"After not hearing back, I reached out again on December 5, 2023 I reached out again and received this message "*** I apologize for this delay, I did find out about your order - We have been having issues with Chauvet processing and order processing, We have been going back and forth with them for awhile - We had to sever our relationship with them just a few days ago - we have canceled your order - if you would like to order a different product, please reorder online again because we never have the customers credit information, so we can not adjust orders here is a 10% off discount code "97DB0B5E8D181FB" for the inconvenience if you find a different product that you think you would like to to order"I let them know that I want to cancel and receive a full refund. I reached out again today to ask for the refund again.
