I financed a vehicle from this business about 4 months ago. He claimed was mechanically sound and if any issues were to arise to tell him. I have several times reached out with him to only meet me with pushback and excuses. So I left a review about my experience on his business page. He immediately emailed me threating me to take it down. He has threatened to tell the dealer community and my mutual friends. I have saved everything. He is very threatening and I have told him to not communicate with me any further. It is so unprofessional and scary at this point.Business response

This claim is completely ridiculous. This young lady has no clue how the world works. We provided a ************************************** for the vehicle she purchased. After 5 months she is having a problem with her HVAC system and it unfortunately is not a covered component. She believes the dealership should now cover it for her. We tried to do everything we could to help, but she will only be happy if we do her repair or give her 100% of her money back. She has been having all her immature friends leave us bad reviews. ****** has caught her making fake profiles to leave bad reviews and removed a few of them. As you can read in her email where she says "word or mouth around here is huge" her intentions are to tarnish our reputation. We have been open almost a year and have never had anything but 5 star reviews. I hope we can get this cleared up as soon as possible. I have many more emails to share if needed.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
Again he is being unprofessional an insulting his customer. No attempt to resolve the situation. And threatening someone as a business owner is not ok. And again their has been multiple issues with this car in the 4 months I have had it. So of course that is scary since I'm financing it for years! On top of the peronal threats he has given me, I want to not have to deal or ever do business with this company ever. And it the cooling **********, the gas cap light comes on and has been replaced three times still on check engine light is always on, right side of the vehicle windshiels wiper won't work and the window. It is not just one problem in this short time (4 months) it is multiple. An to be threatened because he sold me somthing that was supposed to be mechanically sound an all I got was push back an threats when asking for help or to trafe this vehicle. And I have saved all communication from this man
