      Spent $500 total. $300 on a ******* phone and the rest on 4 phone cases, 3 shatterproof screen protectors and 3 pop sockets. Within 2 weeks, one of the screen protectors not only shattered when the phone was dropped, but the screen on the phone also shattered underneath the screen protector as well. The screen had absolutely no cracks when the business installed the screen protector. And then the phone that we purchased from them, stopped working completely after 3 weeks. We made the purchases on May 14th. We finally were able to back to ******** today, June 2nd. I went to them and asked how they could make this right, I was informed that there was nothing they could do, however, if I paid more money, they would replace the phone screen & fix the other phone. I refused to pay more money because they said the screen wouldn't crack if I bought the screen protectors and a $300 phone should have lasted more then 3 weeks. They offered no other solutions.

      On her second visit (June 2nd) we told them we able to fix their phone. We asked them to pay the cost for the screen (LCD) only which is comes with discount.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I feel the phone I purchased should have lasted longer then a month and I feel the screen protectors that I purchased from them, should have protected the phone screen from shattering. They claimed they were shatterproof. I feel like I should not have to pay for them to fix them. I spent 500 dollars there on phone, cases and screen protectors and now that their products failed, they want more of my money to fix it. A 300 dollar phone should last longer then 3 weeks and I should not have to pay for it to be fixed, why did it even stop working? Also, my daughter's iPhone 7 is ruined now because their screen protector that they said was shatterproof not only shattered but shattered the screen underneath. Now I am out even more then the 500 dollars I spent. This is not fair.Sincerely,
