I would highly recommend NOT bringing your children under 2 here. They are not equipped/patient or staffed enough to handle 0-2 year old's. The owner seems warm and friendly at first but doesn't try very hard with kids. There are many times she is constantly on her phone and will have her daughter who is not trained or has the certifications to be there as an "employee" but is always on her phone or laptop. I have a one year old that is practically running, loves attention (obviously only 1) and is such a fun and loving boy. She would text me almost every day saying he is screaming. She asks for suggestions and then gets snappy when you suggest things that help him.The owner will lie to you about what is against the law. FOR EXAMPLE: I asked if we could bring this tiny stuffed animal that you can attach a pacifier to and she said "No the state does not allow them". She sent me a picture of my son laying in her daughters lap (she was on her phone) and said it's the only way he will sleep and then said it's against state rules... Which isn't true because I called the state TWICE and verified. Both are allowed in the state of Montana. Also at this point in time she was requiring her employees and parents to wear a mask BUT the picture she sent me of my son sleeping on her daughters lap, she was NOT wearing a mask. Someone who is "not an employee" should not be there just hanging out. Not safe or professional. That's against the law. This owner DOES NOT follow her own rules but expects all parents to. I would also like to say her policy ***** about termination. She makes the parents give a two week written notice, but she can terminate a child/family at any given point. She let me one year old go because he screams too much and won't nap. She gave us a 5 day notice. Very unprofessional. I am very concerned my child was just placed in a packnplay and ignored. We have our son elsewhere for care and we have NEVER received this type of feedback about him. He just loves to be played with and snuggled. The only time my son screams is when he is being ignored and not given any attention. From one parent to another, do NOT take your child to this in home facility. It's tiny and the kids do not get much stimulation if any at all.

I have been doing daycare for over 20 years and owned my daycare for 12. The state comes in unannounced all the time. I had this child 6 and a half weeks. He screamed most of the day. Me and my two staff members held him most of the day and walked around. The state does not allow stuffed animals with sleeping children and that is in the state rules posted on their website. The children are never left in pack n plays as a mater of fact the pack n plays are up for nap times then taken down. The state in the rules states that children should sleep in cribs or pack n plays not held in your arms at age 1. Children are not allowed to sleep in walkers, swings, or bouncy. In my policy it says I may terminate care at anytime. Yes i ask parents for a two week notice so I have time to fill spots. I have a smaller space and activities are changed every two hours. So I have a reading corner, t a lego table, a bin of toys, a number table, a writing table, an art table, and we do preschool with *** Mouse. I am taking classes to teach school. My professors have done 15 observations over the past year. I have many activities inside and outside. In the outside we have slides, cars, kitchens, play house, hop scotch, ball pits, tents, we play tag, freeze tag, red light green light and many more games. I let this child go because he was not fitting in here and I am sorry the mother was upset, I was thinking of the child's needs. I could not give him what he needed.
