Order #: ****** Date: February 20, 2024 $33 plus tax I purchased three pairs of socks and needed to return one. When starting the return process I noticed one pair of socks was not available to return. After further investigation, I saw hidden in the description that this pair was final sale. The text indicating final sale is not clearly noted and almost intentionally blends in with the text of the description (attached screenshot). Also to note, final sale was not indicated anywhere in the cart (see attachment: I added the pair of socks to my cart today to reflect final sale NOT noted anywhere) nor was it on my order summary (also attached). I have never ordered from this company and not knowing how these socks fit, I would never have purchased an item I could not return! I have sent several emails as well as two entries on the contact us via their website. One reply finally received 3/2/2024 asking if I wanted a refund or exchange. I replied asking for refund, still no response as of 3/6/2024. I would like to be able to send these socks back and receive a refund.Customer response

On Feb. 17, 2024, I ordered some compression socks. They are too small. They have a 30 day return policy. I requested a return label, per their instructions, and they sent me an electronic copy attached to an email. I do not have a printer, so I have tried to contact them to have them send me a hard copy of a return label. I have emailed them four times and I have called and left messages four times, and no one responds to either. I paid $41.75 for the socks. I want my money back. My order no. We received your request for a physical return label (as you do not have access to a printer for our digital label) and have mailed a physical copy to the address we have on file for you. Please attach the return label to your return and drop it in the mail. Once we receive your return, your refund will be issued.
