I did. business loan directly through Fundid..the application process is horrible I stop getting responses for 3 months.. I didn't realize till recently my loan was referred to ******** that I was unaware of. I called them for a week straight and ******* answered a. supervisor. She let me know the worker that was working on my case was referred to hr for being non responsive. we spoke about my checking account and I let her know I used business on mu personal account and she said that was fine on a recorded call. I sent the documents and said she won't accept because it's a personal account when she previous said she wouldBusiness response

Thank you for contacting Fundid Capital. We invest in our customers, and we want to hear when we arent meeting their standards. We thoroughly investigated your concerns and believe the below response addresses them. Thanks again for choosing Fundid.Fundid Capital currently offers small business financing through a partnership with ********, an online credit platform. Right now Fundid does not process applications for capital, rather ******** does. Additionally, application-related communications are generated and sent by ********.
In relation to your concerns, we found an application started for small business capital via Fundid Capitals website on September 15, that was completed and submitted on October 11. You first contacted our support team starting on September 19, and we tried to answer all your questions via email. You also contacted ********'s advisors to seek support.
We work with several different lenders, some of whom may accept a personal bank account and others who may not. Unfortunately, your application did not meet the requirements to qualify for a loan through any of those lenders.
On November 8, 2022, we were informed by ******** representatives that you consider this issue resolved, and we will take no further action. We thank you for surfacing your concerns to us.

I ran across Fundid from a legitimate source, but now I question Fundid's legitimacy. I began an application for startup funding on their website, but became uncomfortable with the process so I stopped. I have since been receiving multiple emails every single day asking me to return and complete the application, which I have no intention of doing. I keep looking for an unsubscribe button and there is not one. I have tried calling repeatedly this week, to no avail. One phone number in the email is ************** which is not a working number, and used to be the directory assistance number years ago for ******, ** area. This is completely illegitimate. The other number for customer assistance, listed here, leaves me on hold and I can't get a live person on the line. I have been calling for days. The fact that they have a fake phone number listed on their website makes me think that this entire company is a scam and should be investigated and shut down. I am also reporting to government agencies since they are clearly not legitimate. I want all of my information completely scrubbed from their database and to NEVER receive another communication from these scammers ever again. I will also be reporting to law enforcement agencies about this apparently fraudulent "company" of scammers.Business response

In relation to your concerns, we found two applications for small business capital via Fundid Capitals website on October 7, 2022, neither of which were finished/submitted.
We found that ******** contacted you 4 times via email (per incomplete application) after the applications were started on October 7. In each email a phone number was provided as a resource to you. The number is for the capital support team: **************. Our records also indicate that 3 phone calls were made to the telephone number you used in your application, but the calls were not answered.
The phone number you cited in the complaint (**************) was provided in error in several of the emails sent by ********, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
We understand youd like to unsubscribe from electronic communication; were sad to see you go and have processed your request.

I am rejecting this response because: They never once disclosed that it was a third party. Also, they need to provide legitimate contact information. This is a scam. I dont appreciate the tone of the person who responded, as the contact was unwanted and I did contact the other number and never got a representative and I never answer unknown phone numbers, as I am sure most people in this country would agree, due to all the scams. I want no further contact from these scammers and I have also reported them to federal agencies to be investigated because they seem extremely suspicious.
