Centric Fiber is AWFUL. Constantly having outages with no ETA. Missing work, not getting paid bc of THEIR issues. There is absolutely no Empathy, no resolution to the issues they cause other than a $25 credit for the next month while I'm getting written up at work due to having 3 days without service. There is no other provider in my area I can switch to so I'm S.O.L. Everyday it's something new, we literally pray before we go to bed that it works in the morning so we're able to work. This company is a sham and can't talk to anyone other than a "manager" who doesn't or can't do anything more than give a credit and if you don't accept that, then her advise is to take it up with BBB. Lack of concern for their customer base. Below is an email written to Centric CEO. ************************,It is with great frustration and disappointment that I am reaching out to you today.We schedule our appointment for install of Centric ***** in our new home, which is exclusively a Centric *************** on January 19th, ****. The appointment was scheduled to be installed today January 26th, **** 4-6pm.The technician arrived around 3:20pm and sat in front of the home, even after I waived him up to the home, until 4pm. At 4pm the technician knock on the door. I welcomed him into my home and his first comments were that my services would not be working today. Apparently the fiber drop to the home had not been ran before the install. The technician explained he was new with the company and that he only knew how to do his job and could do nothing to help. He stated the inside work would be completed by him, and when the outside work was complete our services should work.We have multiple concerns to say the least. Lets start with a few questions.* When does the billing start for my services? * Unfortunately the technicians customer education was limited at best. * No paperwork was left to review, for education and or informational. * When I asked the technician for a contact person (Supervisor, Manager, etc.) to call me he stated he would reach out to his Supervisor and let me know. I explained I was unhappy with the situation and would need to escalate the concern. I explained I would rather escalate local before contacting the *** and BBB to give your company a chance to make it right. At 5pm the technician notified me to call the customer service number. * Is there a reason we were not educated on the services not working after the set appointment?* Is there a reason the fiber bury is not completed prior to the set appointment?Does Centric ***** care about their customers or their reputation?Centric IS Response

This service is horrible! If you work from home look elsewhere!!!! This internet constantly goes out. They have a 24/7 support number to which NO ONE answers. The same rep calls me back every time. I was supposed to work from home today, but woke up to absolutely no internet service. I checked my emails to see if there was an outage and absolutely nothing.My service went out unexpectedly and I had a very important meeting that I MISSED!!!!! This internet service and lack of customer service will put your job in jeopardy! When you ask for a bill credit due to the inconvenience they act like youre crazy for asking!Centric IS Response

Terrible service all around. I just moved into my new home and decided to give it a try. Internet connection constantly drops and they bill you 3.5 weeks after initial service (they claimed the plan would renew every 30 days.) taking my money elsewhere. Definitely would not recommend this internet provider.Centric IS Response

I have the giga **** plan, but cant stream on my tv. Centric told me they had me on 2.4 GHz, so they changed the settings to 5G which is what Im supposed to have. Lasted two days. I have not been able to stream on my tv for three days now. *** tried calling and texting the person in charge in my area, but no response.Centric IS Response

Absolutely horrible internet service. The techs are nice and helpful, but after moving into a new home and being without internet nearly half of the month on/off its not worth it. The promise fiber speeds but I worked in telecommunications for 8 years and Im disgusted with what they promote and whats reality. We are setup on the threshold for 1Gig. After disabling all Wi-Fi devices and having the *** connection to the modem/router - the download speed reads 120MBPS. This isnt in the same zip code as fiber speed. Its a joke and Ill be switching providers tomorrow. Thank you to the techs, s**** your horrible and unreliable service Centric. What a joke.Centric IS Response
