I purchased a new 2024 vehicle from Lithia Toyota of Missoula, ******* on May 21, 2024. At that time I purchased a ************ (Change) Plan for $999. After some consideration, and due to location issues, I decided that I did not want the Oil Plan, which the contract states is fully refundable if cancelled within the first 30 days. On June 5 I called the sales person ***************************** we dealt with at the dealership. Left message and also texted. No reply. Used the chat feature on the dealership website to chat with **************** who said he would send my number to the appropriate person. I received a call from **************, the finance manager at Lithia Toyota on June 6, 2024. On June 7, 2024 ****************** emailed me a cancellation form which I signed and returned immediately. I have called and emailed weekly and I still not received my refund. I have kept a detailed record of all communications. The last communication I have received from ************** on July 19th stated "Everything has been processed and sent in on our end. The biggest thing that is taking the time is we are trying to figure out if we as the store can cut the check for the refund or if that has to come on the corporate side. The head of my back office that has been heading it off is out of the office until Monday so by Monday I should have the answer for you." This doesn't make any sense to me because the refund should be a simple matter, which has certainly occurred before, and for which there should be an immediate solution in place. I feel like I'm getting the runaround in this situation.

After purchasing a vehicle from Lithia, there was an additional group of packages to protect it. After deciding I was going to sell the vehicle I called an left a message that I wanted to cancel these packages. This phone call- with phone records to prove it, took place less than 30 days after the signed agreement. When requesting the refund per the contact, ********* the sales manager not only ignored my phone call, multiple messages and emails, is still delaying the refund of my check. Despite numerous attempts to collect the money I have not heard anything from the dealership in weeks. The refund process started back in January and 5 months later I still am without the refund. I am requesting the initial 999 purchase price back plus the prime rate of interest for every month this money has yet to be returned.

I purchased a 2015 GMC ****** **** on 12/22/2023 from Lithia Toyota of Missoula. As I was going through the purchasing process they had an undisclosed $999 5 year windshield protection plan. I asked to have the protection removed, but was told that they can not remove it. I do not want or need this protection and would like my $999 back.

I purchased a used 2009 GMC Acadia from Lithia Toyota on 6/25/2022. The sales representative used cunning, unethical, and deceptive sales practices. I requested to be informed of all service history and any inspection results obtained by the dealership's service and repair shop The dealer then afforded me a copy of the Car Fax, however, he purposely did not show me a copy of the inspection/service invoice, and later left the inspection results in the glove compartment showing the true extent of repairs needed to the vehicle. Upon my review of the service invoice from the dealership provided after delivery and not shared with me during the sales process, I learned the vehicle had a timing cover leak, broken sunroof, power steering rack leaking, front struts leaking, and engine leak. I purchased the vehicle via a contract for $10,500 with the usual documents being signed as required by a dealership.I had months of back and forth with the sales rep. and the finance manager, however, I was not afforded recourse. The sales rep said the vehicle was sold "as is" and there was nothing that could be done. My argument is that I was deceived, and was not told the "is" portion of "as is."

We purchased a vehicle from them right before the 4th of July. They had it listed for ****** plus total and doc fees all standard but then they also tacked on $999 for windshield protection. I asked them to remove it but they couldnt take it off. Its an awful deal and I have consulted with a contract lawyer who has confirmed it is illegal under the ******* consumer protection act. I have called lithia and they refuse to refund me the money. They said that instead of just tacking on another $1000 to the price they want you to feel like youre getting something. If they want to do that it should be listed for ****** and say you get free windshield protection for 5 years. As they are offering it now it is an add on they cannot force you to take. I have reached out online and have found others affected as well. I want my $999 back and they can cancel the coverage

I would like to tell you about my experience with this business. I have bought 2 cars with them. Let me start by telling you, you had better read the contract!!!!!!! Well. Do not take any of the workers at their word. This last car was my son and he bought a car with them. We were not told by HAP that they added a warranty onto the loan. We got the first **** from a second hand loan person and realized that they had added $4000 to the loan and added a warranty. I called the dealer and they said yes we had a two year warranty added on. Oil to Oil was covered. 1 year and a few months later yep its a lemon and we have had to fix it twice. Called them to fix the car and it turns out the warranty was only 1 year and they charged $3800. I have gotten into one car that was massively sprayed down to get rid of the smell of cigarette and got so sick dizzy and vomiting. Boy they really got us good. it is criminal! it should be investigated! Also I realized they are not part of BBB probably because of this alone. They are ripping people off. They probably took my cash and financed the whole car and stole my $3000. cash down. That's what happened. I will never look at this place again!
