      This company makes it impossible for you to cancel your subscription. The number of ways that I have tried to cancel and have failed is ridiculous. There is no other option than to call. Once you call, you are on hold and then it prompts you for a callback and then it hangs up on you. I've wasted hours on hold and finally talked to someone. I had received an email address to cancel when notified they were increasing their pricing AGAIN and I emailed without any action AGAIN. Do not give them your account info or subscribe to their services unless you have hours to waste, lost in their system, trying to figure out how to actually get a confirmed cancellation. What a nightmare.

      I paid the Missoulian for a year's subscription for a 7-day delivery to my home which was good through December 2023. They stopped my subscription in September 2023 and refuse to give me my $108.17 for the remainder of the year. I have called and e-mailed but they have not refunded my money.

      Tried to cancel my subscription for over a year. The website wont let you cancel online, and calling customer service can lead to hours long holds. They basically got over $200 from me because I didnt have time to sit on hold waiting for customer service. When you do finally get through to customer service they ask you oddly specific questions about what you were reading while subscribed and wont let you cancel until you answer. This paper is a total scam.

      I tried to go online to cancel my subscription, but the cancel button says to *************************** After finding the email for customer service, I emailed saying to please cancel my subscription (which is charged monthly to my credit card). Instead, they converted me to a digital subscription (also a monthly charge) and I have been unable to get anyone to answer me to cancel that as well. HELP!

      I loved getting the local news but the digital experience is terrible. Nearly impossible to cancel. Any customer service interaction is terrible. Pricing was a definite bait and switch. It's simply not worth the money for the subscription.

      Subscribed to the paper at a price of $1 a month. Unbeknownst to me they raised the price to $15. I was paying this amount for many months without knowing. Was unable to cancel my subscription because they force you to call them. Very upset and angry at this newspaper.

      The Missoulian is not only worthless to advertise in , they do not accept credit card payments by email , only with bottom portion of bill they mail you and then they charge you $10.00 for the paper billing statement . A 2 month run on an $24.45 ad costs $34.45 per month , 2 billing statements with the $10.00 surcharge , now the total is $68.90 . Should be illegal to charge $10.00 for a paper bill which is required to pay your bill !!

      I am trying to cancel my digital subscription to the Missoulian. The paper's website states that one can do so online by going to one's account page. I did so and hit "cancel subscription". I was then advised to call customer service to cancel. I did so, and my call was never picked up. I then found a different number for the Missoulian's circulation ***** I called this number and was circled back to the first customer service number. I called again, and this time I was told to call during "normal business hours" (I called at 4:20 pm---it must be nice....). Also, the recording gave no indication at all of what the paper sets as "normal business hours". Odd that one can do all kinds of things on one's account page, but that for some reason the Missoulian is unable to take a cancellation online. Or on the phone, for that matter.

      I wanted to cancel my digital subscription, but for whatever reason, was unable to do so on their website. Cancel Subscription was an option to click on in my Account page, but I received an ERROR message when I clicked on it, and was told to contact customer support. I had to sit on hold for over 2 hours to get a customer service representative. When I finally did get a representative, they tried to make me a cheaper offer, and even a free month to stay on. I declined and was promptly put back on hold for 15 minutes!Once the subscription was finally canceled, they asked me to remain on the phone to take a brief survey, and boy was *******! They then disconnected the line. No survey, so I figured I would leave one here instead.
