I've been trying to contact ADEA Property Management regarding my rent since May 22nd. They have ignored my calls. I left a message and sent an email. Never heard anything back. I finally got them to pick up their phone today, and I told them I've been trying to reach them for weeks and they were extremely rude said "I have a hard time believing that." I said "I'll bring you my phone records." Then they stated "they got my email and posted it to my account on June 6th. Without even getting back to me. I tried to call back to speak to a manager about this rude and unprofessional experience and they picked up the line and just hung up the phone without saying anything. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.Business response

Hello. I am sorry you felt ignored as that is not our intention. We are running lean this week in our office and so we have an automated system on our phones. I cannot account for all the phone calls but do see that there was 1 message from you in the general mailbox. If in the future if you get the phone tree, I would recommend leaving a message directly with your leasing agent as it will get to the appropriate person quickly. Thank you,Customer response
