Date of service to prepare for painting and painting the exterior of our house was from June 14 to July 28, 2022. Because of the serious damage to most of our upstairs windows by the worker hired by The Wall Doctor to prep our wooden window frames, we need new glass in 28 windows. The property owners, *************************** ****** and *********************** "****" ******, both elderly, received bids from four window replacement companies but only wanted the glass replaced, not the frames and glass replaced as the bids showed. Those bids ranged from $45,000 to $110,000. Only ************* would replace the glass for approximately $14,000. The Wall Doctor lost their contractor license with the **************** on September 14, 2022 and does not have business insurance to work on windows, so the Reneaus do not want The Wall Doctor to touch their windows and want ************* to replace the glass since The Wall Doctor's employee sanded the glass in the windows. The owner, *************************************, told the Reneaus in front of the manager of ******* Glass he would pay for the damaged windows during two meetings in 2022 as stated in the attached complaint report but has never done anything and never contacted ******* Glass to make arrangements. ******* can be reached at ***************************************************************** AND at ***********************************. Total damage to replace the glass, repair the wooden frames, and repaint the exterior wooden frames after new glass is installed is estimated to be $22,000 but exact amounts will not be known until the weather is better and work begins on the replacement of the glass in the windows.
