The owner of KM Roofing & Construction installed a new metal roof on my old aging asphalt shingle roof. **** was extremely helpful explaining and outlining every step of the process to me and delivered a beautiful end product that will last me for many, many years. I found **** to be honest and dedicated to providing information when materials were delayed and timeframes when work would be completed. I might add that this work was done in the middle of winter here in ******* when the weather was particularly harsh. **** worked very hard to make sure there was no snow or water damage to my home during the tear off and installation of the new metal roof. ****, worked long hours every day that weather would permit to give me a terrific new metal roof. He took no shortcuts with the installation making sure that there were *********** boots around all of the vents on the roof and that the proper installation technique was used to s**** down the metal. I found **** and his helper to be very professional to work with. Best of all, we negotiated over a few items verbally that were not in the original scope of work, and he delivered on every verbally negotiated item without fail. Very rare to find that kind of honesty these days. Thank you **** for your excellent service.
