      Pretty sad. Selling a vehicle without the title, wich is illegal in the state of *******. Lied to multiple times and I'll I was trying to do is help my 75 year old grandpa out.

      I worked as a receptionist at Don * from October 2022 to February 2023. I will preface this by stating that during those months I was suffering from severe depression and was imunocompromised; leading to a few call out and a tendency to be late to work (no more than 10min though). I came to my direct supervisor and informed her of my illnesses in December of 2022. She didnt really say much but in less than 90 days I was fired. No write *** for attendance, no talks. Nothing. The one discussion was a brief, and I quote this word for word, you need to get your a** out of bed. I was fired the very next week. I am aware of my lack of great work, but felt this was discriminatory and without warning. Then it got even worse. I was a 26 year old woman who had recently moved back in with my father after losing all my money and had no home; and this job was the only thing keeping me afloat. After being fired, I applied for unemployment so that I could at least pay my bills and not need to borrow any more from my father. ***** disputed this and thus I was left high and dry. No income, no home, nothing. I couldnt stay with my father anymore since I couldnt contribute to the home. I became homeless. At 26, with a bachelors. ***** portrays themself as a mormon company who values and cherishes their employers, but after how I was treated and the s*** show that was my life afterwards, I cannot say they were anything remotely kind. While some issues were before them, ***** certainly brought me to my knees. So please, NEVER work for these horrible inhuman people. They will destroy you and not give a s*** unless you fit into their perfect little bubble.

      I talked to **** and he told me it would cost between $2500-3500 to do my rear differential on my sprinter van. So I had cancelled my transport to come pick it up. Which cost me $400. After they got it, they said that they under estimated to cost of parts, and it would be a little over $4000. A few days later he said it would be a little over $5000 now. Anyways $6000 later with poor customer service after flying up there to pick it up. No one even did a walk around or helped me get it. I would never recommend anyone to use there service department.

      Despite buying a new 2023 Grand Cherokee with promises of family-like customer care, my attempts to contact them have been met with silence. The car is plagued by electrical glitches such as random beeping, failure to power down, dashboard freezes, and even failure to start. Adding to the frustration, I've received a safety recall notice from Donk. I've made six calls and left voicemails, yet not a single call has been returned. It's incredibly disheartening to invest in a pristine 2023 Jeep with zero mileage only to encounter such a multitude of issues. If given the chance, I would gladly return the vehicle.

      don k chevrolet missrepresented a vechicle i bought from them. they told me it was in good mechanical condition. i trailered it home to *****, next morning i went to unload it and it wouldnt start. come to find out it has electrical problems that i think they knew when i bought it. they wont answer calls or emails. its now in my mechanics shop getting fixed after less then a month owning it. i highly recommend not to do business with them. ************

      Absolutely terrible customer service by the MANAGER- *****. As my fianc and I were talking things over, he sat 30 feet from us talking sh*^ about us and how we cant afford this and that etc. not whispering, didnt have the decency to wait until we left, he decided to voice his opinion on us as we sat there to his 3 other employees. I will never give them my business.

      As a another business owner, I am severely disappointed in ***************** delayed and lack of response to customer service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND **************************** the salesman, mentioned that the truck we bought was thoroughly mechanically inspected, and I ensure you it is in excellent condition, Don * only sells high quality vehicles, and finally if it pulls it is most likely the road as the road has large ruts. Over the years we have bought 3 other trucks from Don * and have had numerous trucks serviced oil changes to full transmission replacements, with no grievances.The truck we bought pulled to the right and had a shimmy at interstate speed(75 mph) - not identified in short test drive. To correct our trucks current problem he said it may just be tire balance and wheel alignment it is no big deal. I understand it is a used truck and mechanical issues can come with that territory, but I didnt ask for it to be fully covered. To not even indicate a gesture of good will to make a satisfied customer as I just spent $48*, and are looking at spending $30* on a ******* Due to the history of relationship I had trusted Don * as a good dealership, and this past experience I cannot recommend Don *. I ended up taking the truck to ******************* for a wheel alignment and balance. We then went on a trip and ended up stranded in ********** as the power steering failed on the truck. Costing us $2000.00.
