In May 2024 I purchased a 2020 Wrangler from this location. As soon as the sale was done there was no communication about issues I was having. Ultimately I decided to cancel an extended warranty that I was pressured into during the sale. I tried to repeatedly contact via phone, text, and email, my sales person, the finance manager, and the general manager and received no response. I was finally able to get ahold of a different finance manager who told me that the contract was going to be cancelled on my behalf. I followed up with the warranty company and they still have no notice of cancellation from the dealer. All requests were made prior to the end of May. It appears as if there is no concern about keeping consumers separated from thousands of dollars.

Absolutely horrendous experience.. my car has been sitting in their service department for 2 months my car was brought there to replace my key fob as I accidentally washed, and ruined it. They quoted me around $350 to program a new fob and told me it would be the dont the next day. There ended up being a gps tracker that needed to be removed to do so.. so I jumped through hoops contacting the dealer we bought it from to give consent to remove it as they did not install it for us. Dodge in Albemarle removed it and in the process destroyed the whole computer in my car everyday for 2 months they said the car would be done tomorrow the service manager, ****** is extremely rude. When I went to the dealership unannounced, **************************************************** the shop. I found my car still sitting in the parking lot untouched and he told me the tech guy working on my car had to leave because his brother is dying then asked me if Id like him to call the tech and tell him I said sorry about your brother, but you need to finish my car now absolutely disgraceful ******* The car was there for 2 months and counting. I spoke to a lawyer today. If I do not hear from the owner of this dealership about how they are going to fix this I am going to file a claim with a lawyer. They want to charge me over 1450 for parts, when I went in for a key fob and they damaged the car. I do not feel i am obligated to pay for their mistake a loner car would help as well for the last two months Ive had to depend on others to get my children to doctors.

Traded our silverado 1500 for a 2025 Ram 1500 on May 31st 2024. The finance officer was extremely rude and disrespectful. He has been fired so I'm happy with that. It is now the 19th of June. It has been 20 days and my trade in has STILL not been paid off yet I was told it was Paid off on the 3rd of June by ****** the finance officer. My loan company is now calling because the payment is 6 days late. We have NEVER been late on our payment. And 20 days is way more than enough time to have had my trade paid off in full. I am very very unhappy about this situation. Still don't even have my new registration for the new truck and am not confident they've even processed that paper work. This has been the worst car buying experience I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I had a few other issues along with this most pressing matter.

Would highly recommend you go anywhere other than Chrysler jeep or **** of albermale. I went into the dealership with a credit score of 730+ and got denied a brand new vehicle got charged 20% interest also on a 3 and a half year old vehicle thats been in a minor accident but been fixed, vehicle also had ****** plus miles on it when we where rushed into the vehicle and the deal. I got pushed and felt very rushed into signing paperwork and have a car payment of over a ***** dollars and I only make ***** a month. Theres no way that I got approved because I dont make more than 15% more of the cars value. May I also add the vehicle is only worth $25,500 not 30 or even 42+thousand dollars. The owner ****** wants to push us into a new vehicle but also tax on the other vehicle and try to hide it somewhere in the payment of the other vehicle, which obviously we arent falling for. I would highly recommend you shop anywhere else but here the are scamming and overcharging their customers, buying a car especially your first car is supposed to be exciting and fun not a headache. I would highly recommend you stay or go anywhere else it would definitely be worth the couple extra dollars in gas money to go to another dealership. Especially when the Chrysler of albermale and **** just want to be pushy and rush their customers into deals and not help you get out of a s***** situation. The owner and his staff of both dealerships have been very unhelpful. Save yourself time and headache and do not do any deals with either one of these dealerships. Im a very unsatisfied and very frustrated customer that got rushed and pressured into a deal especially since it was later in the evening.Albemarle Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. @Albemarle **** dealership. IM trying to warn **** before you get screwed like me and my fianc did. Please do your research and take time do not let these dealerships force you into a deal. Hopefully something will be done about this but knowing how the owner and his staff operate I highly doubt the company and owner will help me unwind and get out of this very bad deal and situation. Ok

Thanks for allowing me to address your concerns.  I hate that the purchase that you were so excited about has now turned sour. You waited sometime for this transaction to be approved and I was told you and your wife were really happy with the deal that day.  After I was told that you were not satisfied with the deal, vehicle and financing arrangement, I contacted you directly by phone.  We met and  I offered you to trade your vehicle at a no loss at all for anything on either lot.  You **************** agreed to think on it and I haven't heard from you since. Please provide  some direction on what, other than an unwind on a completed transaction, might be the solution to your complaint.  Please understand I cannot address any credit status in this forum. We put our very best effort on your behalf to offer the best financing to our clients based on their credit.

      Thanks,

I had taken my vehicle to them on September 19th due to having a hard shifting feeling approximately 3 days later they called me stating that the transmission needs completely replaced. When asked if they had a rental they stated that wasn't an option. That same day my mom called and explained I am a mother of three my husband works law enforcement ***** hour shifts I could not be left with no vehicle. The same day they called back stating on Monday of the following week they could have a vehicle for me. On Monday I arrived to pick up a vehicle. During this interaction the lead tech stated that as soon as the part arrived it would take him a single day to put my transmission in. The dealership provided me with a Chrysler 300 that I explained would have to be temporary due to me having three kids. I contacted the dealership 2-3 times every week to find out when my car would be completed. On October 24th **** the service manger asked me if I had any interest in trading it in with them so they didn't have to rush to complete the vehicle. I stated I didn't believe it was an option and I could talk to the sales representative ******* at that time she stated they could give mw 20k for the vehicle and I said I would need 22k to be comfortable trading it in. She called me back and stated that they could do that. During this time my husband and I decided to keep our vehicle and continue forward due to the dealership only having one vehicle that would fit our families needs. Week after week I continued to call to get a status update the sales manager continued to state by the end of this week or early of the next and this has continued to this day. I have made 3 car payments and 3 insurance payments on a vehicle that is not in my possession. Today November 28th my mother and husband went into the dealership to speak about trading it in the sales manager stated they could only give ****** because it had been too long since the last offer and that the market had changed.

I went into this dealership to look at a 2021 Chrsyler 300s listed on their website for $******. I was going to have to finance and I had 3 things I was trading in on the price of the car. I told the dealership what I wanted for each item as to which they agreed. My sales woman was ***********************************. I took their word for what they told me not examining the figures they told me and I signed the papers, I'm 84yo and can't see or hear that we'll, I just needed a dependable car. It wasn't until I wrecked the car on August 2nd that things really became clear for me as I had my daughter to look over the paperwork. Cash price=40926.34 Trade in= ****** should have been ****** as agreed on Cash down = $3000 *********** fee= ****** Financed=25185.33 How can a dealership advertise a car for ****** and sell it for 40296.34?My insurance company will pay at best ******** which will cover what was owed on the car, but adjuster said even with low miles and condition of car that was the best price she could find by JD POWER I feel like I was taken advantage of by this dealership and the sales woman and my disabilities contributed to that. I want a refund for the cash and items I traded in because I feel like I was bamboozled by this dealership

I was sold a car that has more issues than disclosed. Ive taken the car to 3 different Lexus dealerships and 2 mechanics. All of the Lexus dealerships said it shouldnt have been sold in the condition its in. Mechanics recommend trading it in and taking my losses. Its going to cost way too much to fix. The salesman said the damage was only cosmetic but theres internal damage to the frame that shouldve totaled the car. *********** ***** had the car previously. He said after the accident he pocketed the money from the insurance company (have written proof) and traded it in with the dealership hes working at, where I purchased it from. The dealership used aftermarket parts which dont fit the car. The tires couldnt have passed inspection. I asked them for help but they kicked me off their lot. The car is a 2015 Lexus Es 350. I have pictures and documentation of damages. Id like to return the car for my refund. I was lied to about the damages. If told the truth I wouldve walked away instead of paying $24K.

I took my work vehicle to them on October 21st. It is now November 23rd and I STILL have not gotten my vehicle back. It's a work vehicle, so I'm now paying out of pocket for my personal vehicle. I have to drive the entire state and have put over **** miles on my personal vehicle now. FURTHERMORE they have caller ID and I have been hung up on many MANY times when I call to check on the vehicle. I have been lied to, I have been gaslighted and told "we've only had the vehicle 2 weeks." I have been left on hold for ******************************************* When calling back, they pick up and immediately hang up. I have to call from someone elses phone, or restrict my number for them to answer. I have been told "the parts are here, we're working on it", then 3 days later "we're still waiting on the part to come in." I am told each time I call that "I'll go check on it and call you back" then I'm never called back. My vehicle is basically being held hostage and claims of "we've had people quit and were super busy" are at this point, total lies. Not understanding why my vehicle hasn't taken some sort of priority in a MONTH. This business is TERRIBLE and other consumers need to know.

I purchased a 2018 ************* in July of this year. Sept 5th I turned it in to be looked at, I felt like the front right wheel was wobbling when I took a turn. I discussed it with the person I bought the vehicle from ***************************** and she suggested to take it straight to the dealership, even offered to drive it there for me. My boyfriend at the time inspected the vehicle and didnt see any issues. He did not remove any parts, wheels etc.. He visibly inspected the tires in my driveway. Sept 13th - phone call from service the parts had been ordered Sept 23rd I called and was told vehicle was being worked on "As we spoke" Sept 27th I was told it "slipped through the cracks and would be fixed the next day" Sept 28th I was told the wheel (rim) was ruined and who ever took it off my jeep didn't put it back on correctly and I was liable for the damage. Also the manager told me the mechanic that did the intake on the used vehicle said I put new brake pads on it. I explained that I did not take it anywhere else because I was directed to take it to the dealership by their employee and this became a he said she said. They also said I woul dbe liable for the wheel but they ordered me one prior to discussing it with me. The service **** also disclosed to me the wheel was not inspected like they said it was previously Nov 21 - I reached and they told me they thought I was updated on the situation but I have not spoke to ANYONE since SEPT 30, The update went as follows via text - the wheel has not shown up, the issue is the company (***************) has removed loaner vehicles from the dealerships and I have to return the loaner by Monday Nov. 28th. They were still actively trying to get a wheel for me (was told it was ordered Sept27) They have put the spare tire on my vehicle that is not the same tire as the rest. but they would be making sure it would be ready for me to pick up as is on Mon. Nov. 28th which to me is unacceptable. I feel I purchased an unsafe vehicle.
