On 6/1/2023 Comer Concrete Services applied a pool deck stain and sealer for me. He immediately expressed concerns with portions and told me to let him know if there were issues and he would come back and fix them. Within a week, sections were peeling up and it was so slick it was extremely dangerous. I made Jacob ********************** aware immediately with pictures and he also came out to see for himself. There was no dispute that the job was not done correctly and ***** ********************** promised to stand behind his work and correct the issue multiple times documented through text communication. Since that time I have asked on several occasions what the plan is to correct the pool deck and each time I get an excuse or Im told he is planning to come but then doesnt. On 4/2/2024 ***** and his brother finally came and began the process of removing the stain but only stayed a couple of hours and then did not return or communicate to me when he was planning on returning to complete the job. After two more text messages from me and being told two more times that he was planning on coming, I have still not seen him or any progress on repairing the issue that his company caused through the incorrect application of the stain. It has been nearly a year since the completion of the faulty work and I, in good faith, paid him the full $2,200 dollars before the job was complete believing that he would stand behind his work and honor his word. Up to this point he and his company Comer Concrete Services has done neither. I would like to have the job I paid for completed correctly and the problem resolved immediately as he has promised to do multiple times.
