Let me tell everyone... Harrison Sanitation, has been really mean over the past 2 years and we can't do anything about it because they DON'T OFFER ANOTHER TRASH COMPANY AROUND HERE. They sent out 1 SINGLE letter stating that the pickup would be Tuesday night BUT NO TIME FRAME, then they would come around 8-9pm, which most families wouldn't even be available at that time, or wouldn't have their cans at the road due to being at our kids after school activities or eating dinner, etc. Now they have been successful coming at 4 am early Wednesday Mornings, WHICH I CAN'T UNDERSTAND WHY! IT'S WAKING EVERYONE UP AS LOUD AS THEY ARE AT 4:00 IN THE MORNING! If we are not outside watching them while they are emptying our bins (EVERY WEEK) just to ensure they are emptying them completely and not leaving them half full. If the trash falls from the box on the road, they'll leave it and leave as they throw your can back down where it falls down in the driveway. If you even leave bags seated next to your trash, they will ignore & leave there for you to collect the next day. What is even more disturbing is that they will charge you every 3 months, but on the ****, there will be a late fee for each month instead of 3 months. (EXAMPLE: OCT-DEC = $75.00 OCT-DEC =$75.00 (but don't say what is what like box 1 or box 2), then you have $5 late fee-OCT, $5 late fee-NOV. $5 Late Fee-DEC, Then WHAT DO WE DO??? THERE IS GARBAGE PILING UP IN MY HOUSE BECAUSE I PAID FOR 2 TRASH CANS AND THEY ARE RARELY EMPTIED OR COLLECTED! WE ARE A FAMILY OF 7 AND they refuse to pick up ANY TRASH unless its ALL BAGGED UP AN ONTOP OF THE CAN..... WE PAY $75 FOR A CAN AND THE PICKUP TO COME EVERY WEEK ON TUESDAY NIGHT AND EMPTY ALL THE **** WE PUT DOWN AT THE ***** BUT UNFORTUNATELY NOTHING HAPPENS. THEY GET MAD IF THEY HAVE TO GET OUT OF THE ****** TO PICKUP TRASH AND IF THEY DO THEN THEY WILL NOT BOTHER EMPTYING YOUR TRASH THAT WEEK AN SOMETIMES THE NEXT WEEK YOU GET SKIPPED.Business response

We provide weekly trash pick up for ***************, she was paying for 2 trash containers. For years we picked up third shift and we did require *************** to roll their container out by 7:pm on Tues evening (which is what time we left our office each week to start her route). Each week we would empty her 2 containers as contracted to do. We **** quarterly for her 2 trash containers $75 per can per quarter. Its due the first of each quarter, and if the balance is not paid by the due date a $5 late fee is added each month. So if there are multiple late fees...you are multiple months behind on your ****. On 11/8/21 *************** emailed us saying her "Accountant" usually pays her bills and she wanted to know if they were paying her ****, we responded with what her account balance was, it was past due at that time and she asked for a detailed statement to which we provided for her. She replied on 12/17/21 that she would need to cut back to 1 trash can per quarter because that was too much money. She did make a partial payment but is still past due from the previous quarter so her account was placed on our skip list. She still has not paid her balance nor has she called or emailed to try and make payment arrangements. We have not received any complaints from *************** in the past about not emptying her containers properly or issues with her pick up. She has been our customer since 2013.
