My advice is don’t hire this company! Had the company come out for an estimate on a residential roof replacement and all seemed well. Signed contract and paid 50% down payment for materials and initiation of job. Have called and texted them for months with no response. Check was cashed. Appears to be a scam!

Had the company Come out for roof replacement estimate. The initial interaction went well however it was downhill from there. We were asked to send half payment upfront as deposit which we did. Bank notified that the check was cashed and no-one reached us. We had to make the first contact again and the rep said "just got the check" which we knew was not accurate. Another week went by with no contact so we again reached out. Process dragged on for 2+ weeks before they finally said should be out next week for installation. Heard nothing after until truck showed up 6:30am one morning to drop off the shingles. Again reached out and was told crew would be out Monday. We had requested notice to accommodate work schedules but clearly that was not important. Crew was great they worked all day in the heat until it was done. The issue again was the lack of communication from the management. The person who was supposed to arrive for supervising and providing updates never called or showed up. No-one provided update to say work was done or to double check the work. We called 2 days later to ask where the second payment should be sent to. At that time we expressed concern that one stack on roof is crooked. Kept getting run around that yeah yeah some will be out. Well 7 weeks later now no-one bothered to come out even after contacting the owner. Would not recommend at all. Truly poor and disappointing experience.
