      On August 4, 2022 I purchased two items online from Nexstepz Apparel and Design in the amount of $55.51 . I have tried to reach them several times by telephone and email. I sent two emails and have not received a response. I also contacted law enforcement in ****, North Carolina to find out what further steps I need to take. I have not received a response and was simply trying to get a response back regarding my items as soon as possible. If this company is unable to send my items, by the end of the upcoming week, please send me a refund.

      Ordered a item from Greek Sneaks Dec 21, 2021. When the item did not arrive I started requesting to cancel a receive a full refund. When I got my bank to cancel the transaction. They sent the item. I told them I wanted to send back and wanted my refund. They say they would send a return label and issue a refund. I have not received or can contact them. I just want to send item back and get refund. Item is unopened.

      I visited this company's website on the evening of May 30, 2022 to search for sorority gift items that they specialize in selling for my chapter membership initiation ceremony on June 5. Before placing my order, I entered a question in the live chat box asking if my order would arrive in time if I placed an order that day (May 30). The response that appeared on my screen was yes, and that the arrival by June 5 included tee shirts. With that assurance, I placed my order using a credit card and the payment posted on my billing statement. To date, I have yet to receive my order. I sent several emails and left voicemail messages to no avail. I have not heard from anyone, not even from the owner who left a personal email on his voicemail greeting for urgent concerns, which I used to express my concern and confusion. I either want a refund, or at the very least my items that I ordered. I also want their website and social media business pages to be taken down as other consumers have faced similar encounters. Thanks to this company's gross negligence, I had nothing to present as welcome gifts to the newly inducted chapter members. I advised the owner via email the week of June 27 that if I did not hear from him this week, I would take my concerns to another level. This is my first stop, followed by informing my sorority national office, contacting my local and regional sorority chapters, advising my social media followers across multiple platforms, etc. I appreciate any assistance in getting this unfortunate matter resolved. I am attaching my credit card statement showing the purchase amount of $119.37 processed on May 30, 2022. Some items have been marked out for privacy purposes.

      Ordered a blazer on 4/10/22 for a total price of $161.49. As of this date I have not received the item. I have made numerous attempts to contact them using email and their chat function on their website. No response has been received. I drove an hour and a half to their location and the store was closed and looked ransacked on the inside. I left my contact information with the store next door. Within 5 minutes I received a call from someone who said he had to check on somethings and would call me back. I have not received a call back. I have called the number that called me and let numerous messages. ****** reviews show that numerous people have had the same issue.

      I purchased a white fraternity blazer from this company on October 26, 2021. I was told that the blazer was on back order which I understood and was prepared to wait. We were in communication about the blazer until December 10, 2021. After that I had not heard anything back, I sent numerous emails and left phone messages. I asked for a refund or for someone to call but to no avail. I found the owner on ******** and he stated that he would send that to me ASAP but I never received anything. When I sent another message via ******** he never read it.

      My organization and brother organization purchased items from this business (many others have as well if you investigate). One purchase made Nov 30, 2021 ($743.72) and one on Jan 29, 2022 (104.99). To this day we have not received our products. We have gone to the business and no one is ever there. We have called, emailed, and used link on website and social media. No one ever replies.

      I purchased a Blazer and jacket from this company on September 22, 2021 and was told it would be on back order on the Blaze. I have contacted them several times around December 2021 up until March 2022 by phone, email, text messages to check on the status of the blazer. They have not returned any of my calls, emails or text messages. I then call again in March the number as well as the manager's number and it states that it has not been set up to receive calls. the charges went to my bank back in 2021. I purchased 2 items one I received in December and the other (Blazer) 146.99, have not received at this time

      I ordered a jacket from the company, online. I spent approximately 145.00 on April , never received the product. I called the site and they said wait. Now most recently I call text and no response. I am 100 percent believe they are a scam, online website is call Greek sneakz. Can yo please help me

      I made a purchase with this company on Friday November 12th at 239pm. Order ******* that order contained the following items: alpha kappa alpha feather light cap - black (1) $22.99 Alpha kappa alpha pink and green beanie with shields in the front (1) $24.99 Alpha Kappa Aloha Jumbo Umbrella (1) $ 38.99 My order totaled $96.31 Including $9.34 I reached out via their text chat option on 11/24 to inquire about my purchase and generic pre formatted reply. I reached out via email on 10/27 to inquire and haven't received a response. I made payment with a gift card and can provide those details if needed. I am looking to receive my merchandise or a refund.

      On 11/19/2021, I placed an online order for an AKA 14 panel Classy umbrella for a total order if $38.96 from ***********. That total order fee included an extra fee for priority mail shipping. This umbrella was to be delivered to a family member for an event. She still gas not received them umbrella and the event has passed. I began containing Greek Sneakz by email on 11/27/2021 before the event to find out the status of the order. No one responded. I have sent several chat messages through Greek Sneakz weksite and sent more emails all with no response. I called their office and left a voice message and not one has returned my call. Since then, I looked at ******** page and inline reviews and noticed that other people have/are experiencing the same business deals with this company as I. Some have been waiting for their products fir months or waiting for a refund g or months. I do not want to see anyone else go through this. At this point, I would like assistant to get my money returned.
