      Superior Fence is one of the few professional companies I have enjoyed doing business with in north Florida. Coming from the midwest and working the trades, I am accustomed to a work ethic emphasizing on-time results and good communication. Superior Fence possesses both qualities. They installed 60' of fence for me on one side of my yard in 2022, and they are returning to install another 60' on the other side next month. I highly recommend them. When you call, ask for Justin.

      Really surprised with the negative reviews here. I had an excellent experience with this company. The quality of the materials was better than other companies were quoting me, the price was competitive, and the installation was very professional. They were on time, completed the work as agreed, and cleaned everything up. Afterwards I had a small adjustment needed and their customer service was excellent! ****** ***** the Client Operations Manager was very responsive and professional - could not ask for better customer service! I would not hesitate to recommend Superior Fence and Rail to anyone and would gladly use this company again.

      This company is one of the biggest disappointments since our move to ****** ******. Not only did they do a terrible job installing our fence (believe it or not, the way they set it up, we'd be locked IN our own backyard, but anyone could enter from the outside), they wanted to charge us to come out and fix their error. A month after installation, we had a storm with 30 mph winds which caused damage. The "sturdy" concrete they told us they installed didn't stand up to these low gusts and now, because this was an "act of God", they want to charge us almost $1,000 to fix it. It is obvious they are trying to take advantage of our situation. DO NOT go near this company - your patience, and your wallet, will be emptied. They seem to have forgotten, if they ever really knew, what "consumer-oriented" means. They may respond to this review, but for your own good, trust the reviews you read from real people, not the words they'll spew out to make themselves appear "right".

      We welcome anybody to check out our 4.7 rating out of 5 Stars on Google. There are 343 positive reviews. BBB seems like a place to go only to make claims that are unwarended so please keep that in mind. This customer was installed in January 2022 and never had a complaint about their fence. In fact, we have a signed customer satisfaction form from them. The following is an exerpt from the contract regarding warranty and "Acts of God" - the customer experienced hurricaine winds from the tropical storm we recently had: 7. WARRANTY AND LIMITATION ON WARRANTIES: (a) Warranty: Unless otherwise stated in the Agreement, **** ***** warrants for 1 year from the completion date that all Services shall (i) be performed with good workmanship and (ii) conform to the requirements of the Agreement. During the warranty period and within a reasonable time after receiving notice from You of a warranty claim, **** ***** may, at its sole option (i) correct or replace each Defect, or (ii) remove each Defect and refund the full purchase price thereof to You; provided, however, that all warranties are voided if (1) anyone other than **** ***** or Service Provider performs work upon or otherwise modifies any materials or Services provided under this Agreement, or (2) You fail to pay **** ***** as provided in this Agreement. (b) Limitation on Warranties: THE WARRANTIES PROVIDED IN THIS AGREEMENT ARE STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE FOREGOING EXPRESS WARRANTIES CONTAINED IN PARAGRAPH 7A, IN THE WARRANTY SECTION OF THE AGREEMENT, IF ANY, OR IN THE STATE SUPPLEMENT, IF ANY. ANY MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTIES PROVIDED FOR GOODS, MATERIALS, OR EQUIPMENT WILL BE PASSED THROUGH BY HOME DEPOT TO YOU, AND YOU AGREE TO LOOK SOLELY TO SUCH MANUFACTURER FOR REMEDY OF ANY DEFECT IN SUCH GOODS, MATERIALS, AND EQUIPMENT. HOME DEPOT MAY ASSIST YOU WITH WARRANTY CLAIMS AGAINST MANUFACTURERS. Lastly, we are charged a minimum trip charge from our laborers and like numerous other fencing companies, we have a minimum. **NOTE** this does NOT apply to warranty claims, there is no charge for a warranty claim. Just repair claims that do not fall under warranty (i.e. storm damage, tree falling on a fence, etc.)

      First, our home wasn't finished being built until August of 2022, so I'm not sure how you could've put up a fence in a lot with no house or plot plan. Second, we complained about quite a few things after installation (which was in August). Third, you do not have a signed customer satisfaction form from us because we refused to sign one. Fourth, BBB is just one of the many places people can go to complain about bad service. It doesn't matter if you have 1,000 positive reviews, when you treat customers the way we were treated, negative reviews follow.       Superior Fence is the definition of a poorly run company. We never hired them yet somehow we have a fence wall installed on our property instead of our neighbors yard. Both us and our neighbors tried working with the fencing company to fix their mistake but all they showed us was how rude and nasty they can be when they are at fault. They made no effort to resolve the issue in a timely manner especially given the fact that their workers built an unauthorized wall on someone else's property making it a legal matter. We tried to give them options to which they became argumentative. This was a huge problem for us as we were in the middle of building our fence when the realization occurred that our neighbors had encroached on our property. We lost time and money waiting on Superior Fence to act like professionals (never happened by the way) and our fence took an extra 2 weeks to be built because of this. I find it extremely ridiculous that calling a company to come and fix a mistake would lead to such a negative response by the managers. Even the person they sent out to confirm that the fence was on our property agreed it was their mistake but couldn't promise that much movement would happen. He must also know what an awful company this is. Save yourself a headache and don't use this company. They aren't even worthy of one star.

This responsiblity falls upon the homeowner (to get a survey). Any boundary issues are a civil matter between homeowners and neighbors. See info from contract: N) Property Lines. Customer agrees that it is responsible for locating property pins and staking terminals to establish its property lines prior to installation of the fence. Superior will assist the customer, upon request, in determining where the fence is to be erected, but under no circumstances will Superior assume responsibility concerning property lines or in any way guarantee their accuracy. If property pins cannot be located, Customer may have to hire a third party to survey the property. Superior is not responsible for identifying property lines, easements, covenants, or other legal encumbrances. Customer agrees to indemnify Superior and hold it harmless against and in respect to the claims of any persons aggrieved by the location of the subject fence when erected or by trespasses or damage which may have necessarily been committed or occasioned consciously or unconsciously by Superior in the course of installation.
