It was a very bad idea to hire this company in the first place, don't rely on the reviews as most of them are fake or paid. They have charged us around $860 so far without providing a single pest extermination service although, they claim they were at our property 3 times during this year. Well guess what? They do a quarterly service and should have provided an advanced notice before entering our property, right? No , they didn't and none of our cameras caught them serving our house, yes we have all our videos backed up on the cloud specifically on the dates they claim they serviced our house. By the way, for the service we initially asked for, we couldn't be at the house for a certain number of hours, yet they claim they came and serviced our house anyway, lol wow. Also, isn't it supposed to be a quarterly service so why charge $860 for 3 services in entire 2022 because we sold our house in June and informed them in a timely manner. It appears that it a money hungry corporate including a bunch of unprofessional folks, charging and double charging credit cards of customers without their knowledge (I have proof).Business response

Hi *****, Thank you for bringing this to our attention! In looking into your file, we see in our system that we did issue you a refund for the accidental charge. In regards to your services rendered: 3 different technicians serviced your home over the time period, and all have GPS noting their time and place on their vehicles to ensure that they ran the routes that were assigned.
On your first service, you asked us not to do the inside because your family was sick, and you did not call us back to let us do the inside. The two other services were exterior services. In our original contract, the only interior service noted is the first one. We are always willing and able to come to service the interior as problems may arise (which you never requested), and we guarantee our work. Unfortunately, before we could deliver any other services as agreed upon, you moved without telling us, so there is no way you would have seen us. After finally getting in touch with you, our office manager offered to transfer your service to your new address, and you declined. Our branch manager was able to talk to you briefly to try and to get this resolved, and you asked us to call you back. We have called multiple times to no avail, left you two messages, and have not heard back from you.
If you would like to speak with our branch manager (******* *****) regarding this situation we welcome that... please give him a call! As noted above, we guarantee our work and we would like to make you happy! We look forward to hearing from you so this can be resolved.

Since 2017 we have been using Economy Exterminators to treat for both rats and bugs. The main reason we went with them was that they said they would get rid of the rats. Part of the sales pitch was that they would find how the rats were getting in the house. We are in 2021 now and are still having rats get in our house! After speaking with a supervisor about the problem, they refused to take responsibility for the problem, it's always some excuse, however they kept billing us month after month. Another part of the sales pitch was, if we did find and remove dead rats, there would be follow up, because if there are still rats, we are not doing our job. After countless visits from supervisors and managers after we complained over and over again, they still have not solved the problem. We have canceled our service and have hired ******** to do the job. We are asking for Economy to pay half of the set up fees from ********, since they have failed to fix this problem.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 13, 2021/09/01) */ We at Economy Exterminators have attempted to contact Mr. *** ***** on two separate occasions (08/27 and 08/31) to try to resolve this issue. We have left him 2 voicemails asking him to return our calls, but have not received a response on either occasion. We are unable to resolve this issue if he does not return our calls. We invite Mr. ***** to return those calls so we can resolve the issue.
