Facing settling and estate is overwhelming. I wanted something quick, but also fair. There were plenty of offers way below my expectations. I felt caught in a game of who can land the lowest price and cheat this family out of their rightful inheritance? Then, ***************************** walked in. From the first step in the door he focused on the strengths of the property and not the dozens of needs. He saw the potential and gave me a truly fair offer. Not only that, we didnt have to do all the cleaning, emptying, and repairs others required. Thank you, **** and Zellos Real Estate for stepping into a familys grief and giving a quick and honest resolution to our need. **** made the whole situation of selling my home very smooth, simple, and effortless on my end. I had a bad thing going on and didnt know what to do until I reached out to him. He contacted me immediately after I inquired online, he met me within my desired timeframe and within hours I had a nice offer. We closed in less than 30 days which is exactly what I was looking for but never knew it could be done. **** is more than a real estate investor by far he is an all around great person. If you need to sell your house dont go anywhere else before you give him a call! Im recommending him to everyone I can.Review from Alex L

As an owner of several rental properties I get a lot of letters, calls, and texts about selling a house. After deciding to sell this house I listened to several investors who seemed serious about buying my property, most of them without seeing it. The ones who came and took pictures were slow to get back to me or they never responded but not Zellos Real Estate. ***** came out the next day with contract and due diligence in hand and we were able to do a closing in about three weeks. I thought his offer was very fair. If I decide to sell more rental properties I will definitely sell to Zellos Real Estate.Review from Lawanda H

******* * 06/27/2022 I had a great experience with ***** working with me on selling my home. He is such a kind heart person and did everything to make the closing process as smooth as possible. Zellos Real Estate is a great company and I will be recommending it to other people that are looking for an easy way out.
