The company is excellent. We had James Hardie siding installed on our ranch house. The work was done in a timely manner considering it was during the COVID crisis. Their employees are polite, courteous and neat. They were available to answer all my question and I am very pleased with the workmanship

I had my house resided with Color Plus James Hardie. The project included all trim, soffits, fascia, gutter replacement and gutter guards. Carolina Exterior's quote was virtually identical to three other quotes I received from other companies. The ************ app makes communication very easy with all involved in the project. In addition, Project Manager ***** maintained contact by calls and texts for more immediate issues. When problems arose, which often does on any large project, the issues were addressed promptly and honestly. Overall, I was very happy with the quality of work and their professionalism. Although, the project is considered complete, there are two small items that need attention and I have no doubt that they will be finished in a timely manner.Carolina Exteriors Plus, LLC Response

DON'T USE Carolina Exteriors. They did our roofs and although the project was completed on time, they disassociated themselves and refused to do any warranty work that was requested, after a strong rain, less than two weeks from their completion of the job. Due to their non response, we paid an engineering firm to assess the issues, Carolina Exteriors received the finalized engineer's report, but they refused to respond. I wanted to call an attorney but this is being managed by the homeowner association. Baker come and repaired Carolina Exterior's mistakes. Was it shotty workmanship? I don't know. The issue is mistakes happen and companies have to stand by their warranties. Do yourself a favor, ignore Wesley and all the others from Carolina exteriors. They will show you awards but that does not make a difference. Go with another company that's going to stand by their work. Baker is more expensive, but their repair work was impeccable.Carolina Exteriors Plus, LLC Response

Hi ******, I've searched our database/hard files and do not have a record of your name as a customer of Carolina Exteriors since our company was founded in 2010. We noticed that you posted a similar review on******* several months ago and we replied to you but did not receive a response. In addition, our warranty department has no record of a warranty request from you.

I am a customer of the business. They did my roof. Just like every other owner in *************. I live in a townhome community in north********, so the name of the community is probably listed as the customer I paid $5,000 in an assessment) for the roof replacement on my townhouse.
The HOA didn't pay, I and the other 50 townhome owners are their customers. They would not answer any calls from the HOA and the HOA is not pursuing them. This company did not live up to the terms of their warranty. My being a townhome owner should not subjugate my rights to complain, especially when our management company is not following up. This is quite unfair and unacceptable. I will call to discuss this matter.
