WARNING!!!I purchased two Lexan polycarbonate face panels for $1450, ************** was quick to return my emails and phone calls stating by email production was "currently running 3-4 weeks." She was quick to respond to my questions right up to the point when my credit card was charged on 4/5/2024.Now on 7/11/2024, I have had emails from a ******, a ********, and a ***** all making excuses for not getting back to me for anywhere from weeks to an entire month and apologizing for delays. I have been emailed excuses of: ****** being at a trade show and no one looking after her accounts; ****************** misspelled my email and wondered why I was not approving the proof; Their system strangely not prompting me for final approval; Now the latest ****** having an emergency and is out of the office. I have been promised several times over the last three months the panels would be ready in a few weeks but still nothing.I am now asking for a refund from Tango Signs. If not granted I will ask my credit card company for a chargeback. I will also follow any legal routes open. Finally, I will use all avenues of social media to hopefully get the warning out to other unsuspecting customers. All of the correspondence has been by email as proof of their unscrupulous means.Not only did I lose $1450, but I am back to square one shopping for a company to manufacture two sign panel faces.

I started my order in January. I was told the original rep was out for personal reasons. Now the second person has dropped the ball for the remainder of my four month wait. They will not offer information about the product, date of arrival, anything, unless you hound them for it. Ive been lied to, brushed off and generally forgotten since they took my money. I cannot recommend them and will not ever do business with them again. This is frustrating. What a juvenile way to conduct business. Do yourself a favor and do not hire them for your sign needs.

We needed a pan face sign with full-color graphics which was hard to find. Tango Signs made an amazing logo that we love! They also provided exactly what we needed for our pan face sign. We had a wonderful experience!

I have been self employed for a long time, nearly all of my adult life. I am so disappointed with Tango Signs I could scream. I opened a new business in Oct 2021 and ordered a 4x8 lighted box sign from this company, whom said they would not charge my card until artwork was approved, that was a lie, as soon as I placed my order, charged! I then had to call them to find out about artwork and so on, finally to NEVER get a call, but only email, after 8-10 emails, I finally got approval. At that time I was told 4-6 weeks for my sign. The only way I got an update was to message them, after being told multiple times, "I will keep you updated". Four months later, still no sign, yes I was told it was shipped, but that was it, no information on tracking or delivery date, NOTHNG. And yes, they will say they sent me a banner, they did ..... woohoo, a banner you can not see from the road as you ride by by new business. Making excuses and saying we are trying is not getting it done folks .... if you are so far behind, stop cashing checks until you have some significant progress on a project, be upfront and say its going to be 3-4 months, or something, this is ridiculous. I will never ever buy another sign from this company again ...... EVER.

horrible business! We ordered and paid for a large sign for our business. It has been 8 months. We paid almost $3000 for this sign. Nothing!!!!!!!! No reply from our emails or phone calls for weeks.
