    I came across this spa while searching for a gift for a relative. I proceeded to go through with purchasing an e-gift card that was available through the **** locations website. While filling out the information/purchasing, no where did it say that it was non refundable. Shortly after purchasing, I received an email receipt that said "Due to Covid, items are non refundable" because of sanitation/health reasons; I thought nothing of this because I assumed this was in regards to physical products bought from the spa that could become cross contaminated; for example, a lotion. Never did it cross my mind that a gift card that is virtually purchased would be non refundable because there is no correlation between something that's intangible and the possible spread of Covid if returned/refunded online. A day after purchasing this online gift card, I was informed that my relative would not be able to put it to use due to health reasons/concerns that they have. I called the location from which I purchased the online gift card from in hopes I would be able to speak to an employee about this. I called several times but was not connected to anyone I could speak with. After two days of repetitively calling the location, an employee finally answered. I explained that I made this purchase unaware that my relative would be unable to use it & that I would like to refund it since I can't use it because I do not live near that location. She proceeded to speak to me in a degrading manner, telling me it is non refundable & that if I was purchasing from a spa, I should have had common knowledge of their policies. She went as far as telling me it's my fault I didn't ask my relative before hand; although, gifts are meant to be a surprise. This experience left me in awe, I have never been spoken to so badly over a situation that could have easily been understood & resolved. Hence, this just shows that this business does not care about Health risk/Covid; but only about taking your money.

    I have tried to not go this route with this company but they have left me no choice. If I could give 0 stars I would. I requested to cancel the monthly subscription due to the company not having enough massage therapist, therefore I was paying monthly and not able to get an appointment. I was encouraged to use the package points I had already paid for and freeze my account, due to this being on their part. I did that. I started getting phone calls telling me I need to resume paying for the services, although I was told to not cancel at this point or I would lose my packages. I was told by this location that I still needed to pay. So I told them to cancel the subscription, I would no longer be using them because they never had appointments due to not having enough massage therapist. They still insist that I still need to pay for a service I did not use. Now the calls are starting to become harassing and every month. I have now blocked their calls and emails and they have now started texting me.
