I like to start by saying this company is not professional at all. Queens septic doesn't remember who you are as a customer even though you've spoke to them several times. This company will give you a date that they'll be there only to stand you up. They won't even call you to tell you there not coming. Nor will they respond to text. So I was quoted a price of 3800.00 to repair my septic line and to add a new 40ft line. After being stalled for 2 weeks waiting on a permit, queens septic showed up. He worked 3 hours according to my cameras and stopped because he had discovered there was a line already existing where the new line was to be added.l, and now needed to have the inspector come back. So now he has to go on vacation for a week and then the inspector has to take a week vacation. Now 2 weeks later queens septic and the inspector meet back at my home. They decide there's an easier solution and not to add the 40ft line after all. Queens septic now only has to dig out a trench and join the existing lines together with pvc. So this will be the second time he actually worked, this time 2 hours. So after a total of 3 hours of work one day and 2 hours the second day. For a total of 5 hours all together. I'm charged 3500.00. After confirming with other septic companies in my area they all agree this was extreme over charge. Price gouging. So in theory I was charged 700 an hour. All the original materials I was quoted for were loaded back up on his truck. I feel that was taking advantage of because I didn't know enough about septic system
