On June 23rd I leased an apartment at The Forest at Biltmore Park in *****, **. I have had an entire missing kitchen drawer since that day. Another drawer has no back, so I am unable to store anything, due to items sliding out the back and falling into the cabinet below. I still have kitchen items stored in boxes that cannot be unpacked. The sliding door, and second entrance to the apartment, is nearly impossible to open and close. The first weekend that I stayed in the apartment, my ** unit stopped cooling and the wall inside the laundry room froze over with visible ice. I called the emergency maintenance line instead of using the tenant portal. A maintenance person came and thawed it out with a hot air gun, leaving the hallway drenched. The very next day, it was frozen over again, and the same person came out and completed the very same procedure, with the very same results. After several days of this, I finally called the office and complained. A new person was sent, and the ** seemed to be repaired. Now, the pipe inside the laundry room, that I assume has something to do with the ** unit, is overflowing with water. The water is standing in the laundry room floor, where the pipe is located, and flowing under the wall to the hallway. The carpet in the hallway is soaked and the moisture is even making the paint bulge near the baseboard in the hallway. There is an area in the hallway where the padding is now raised. I called the emergency maintenance line but the maintenance person did not fix the issue. I have since, called two more times and nobody has come. At move in, I completed a walk-through inspection, and noted the issues with missing drawers and the sliding door. Since that time, I have submitted numerous service requests on the portal(attached). I have sent several emails(attached), called the office twice and finally went into the office to discuss these issues. i have not been able to enjoy one day in the apartment or even unpack.
