I called and ordered for diabetes relief and ordered 01/04/2022 and they charged my account ****** for an order for CDB gummies and have never received anything. Have called and just got the runaround. Called this morning and they are still stalling me. I said I just want the money they took back. Living Tree Botanical Hemp at ************** is the number. I placed an order with this company on Feb 8 2022 and never received the product. I have emailed them several times with no response and have tried to call the but the number doesn't work and I couldn't find another number for them. The this morning there was another charge to my account from them. When I emailed them I told them I wanted a refund and to cancel the subscription which was for every three months not monthly. I just want my money back and I don't want to have any more dealings with this company.Initial Complaint

On Dec 3, 2021, I ordered some CBD product from this company and they charged my credit card $225.50 that same day. This appeared to be a legitimate company. I have yet to hear anything from this company or receive any product. I have left numerous voice mails at the number listed and there is a woman called ******* from Living Tree Botanicals who asks you to leave a message. She has never returned my calls. I have also left email messages back to the emails I receive from this company advertising their product. No reply. I tried to call ************ again today, and now the mailbox is full.Initial Complaint

Health Naturally!Called and inquired about shipment tracking number several times.Received this e-mail on 12/6/21 LivingTreeCBD (MAXWest Media) Dec 6, 2021, 22:57 EST Hello *******,Thank you for reaching out to us about this.I am happy to report that your order was sent off to ***** You will receive your tracking number soon.Thank you for your patience with us!Please let me know if you have any questions.*********************,LivingTreeCBD **************** ************** Received e-mail on 12/9/21 indicating living Tree was having issues with delivery.Called 12/13/21 to cancel order and requested full refund of $39.94 Responded that refund would be processed and deposited in my account **** business days.Called 12/20/21 for refund update and they said funds had been refunded to my account checked and no refund had been deposited.Per my phone calls and e-mails , I feel that I am getting the run-around and that this business will not refund.
