              after setting up an appointment for 12 noon on dec.20,2021 ,we drove the 80 miles to advanced hair alternatives.we arrived at 11;45,we waited till 12:30,but ***** never showed up.when we called her she said she tried to call us to verify appt.but could not reach us.if you give someone an appt.you should be there to see your customer.be careful with this business

              Mrs. ***** was told when she changed her appointment from December 16th to Monday December 20th, " I normally do not work on Monday". Also told her I would confirm on Sunday of her appointment. I called there home line 4 times and left 2 messages that it was important for her to confirm this time. I called Cell number 2 times and was not able to leave a message. I also called again Monday morning and left messages on both numbers. Called back at 10 am and left another message on both numbers. At 12:30pm the Husband called with such anger, then he called back at 4:45pm with such threats, I said I was sorry that he did not understand the importance of confirming this appointment and wished him a Happy Holiday. His Voice and threats was quite upsetting.
