I bought a hot tub from this merchant and when I needed it repaired, I received the run around for 6 months. When I talked to the general manager, ****, he was arrogant, rude, and very condescending to say the least!!! This company doesnt stand behind their products. Do not buy anything from them unless you are prepared to repair it yourself. I also heard things for the first time when I talked with ****, and he would not provide any information about why the service man would not return my calls. Very poor service and I will never buy anything else from this merchant!Business response

Good afternoon , i did speak to ***************** one afternoon a few weeks ago and explained her options regarding a service call . I stated it was not covered by warranty from Artesian due to very bad water chemistry . Our tech was out and took a video and had inspected hot tub and after competing a water test it was determined her water had been acidic . That caused the breakdown of seals , controllers ,key pads . I informed her ***** was willing to do this repair and she would pay him directly and at that point she stated i was talking down to her because she was a woman . I tried to explain further she then had a few harsh works and stated her husband would call me back to deal with me . I am used to dealing with issues with customers and work hard to find a solution . I opened the ********* location over 8 years ago and opened *************** **** 3 years ago and I currently work with all of our locations to assure customer service is up to par . We give a very good spa school here in our store and offer free water testing and advice and carry all supplies needed to properly maintain spas.
