***** has been arriving unannounced at odd times and has had him employees arrived on a day when I specifically told him and his employees not to come. He tries to increase the scope of the project. He speeds up and down the privately maintained road. On Sunday morning, March 13, 2022, he brought his wife and daughter while I was still asleep. He did not ask or tell me he was coming. That day, i asked him to call before he came, and told him that I did not want anyone to come on Wednesday March 16.On Tuesday March 15, he left a new, young employee here unsupervised for hours. When another crew of employees came to help with the work, I repeated to them that i did not want anyone to come on Wednesday March 16, and that I wanted to know when employees are coming.On Wednesday March 16, Employees ****** and **** arrived. They told me that they discussed this with ***** and that he told them he had talked to me on the phone and that I had said that it was ok. This is a lie. There was no phone call, and I did not talk to ***** that morning.In the afternoon of that day, I called the office number for Asheville Wildlife Removal twice. There was no answer, and I did not leave a message. ***** called me when I was driving, I told him that I wanted to take a break from the project until we could work out a plan. He said he had tools on my property, and I told him that I was driving and to call me back in 45 minutes. He did not call back.Business response

All work has been completed that meet the desposit amount. Customer seemed agreeable when finished with agreed upon wpork yesterday. If you have any further questions please let me know.

I have a contract with Asheville Wildlife Removal for Bat Exclusion / Roosting / Nesting.The Bat Guano Odor persists even after the work Asheville Wildlife Removal came and did two days of work on my house. There are still a few small spots where the Bats can still access the House and continue to produce Guano. I only want Asheville Wildlife Removal to honor their contract with me which is valid for three (3) years. I have tried to call them and at one point they told me that they would come the following week and they never showed up or called me. Now they will not return any calls.The work left unfinished is roughly half a day of work or less to complete.Please have Asheville Wildlife Removal return to my house to have a final inspection and tend to any areas that *** need reinforcement and additional work. The job is 90% complete.Business response

Following up with customer on concerns. Meeting with them to review on 11/10/2021. Original job was completed approx 6 months ago. Customer had Terminex come do work at home since then. Warranty does not cover any work effected by their services. Bat Guano is not able to be completely removed without tearing out whole ceiling and replacing. This task is a huge undertaking and was not part of customers contract. Customer complaint will be rectified after meeting on 11/10/2021. Thank you.Customer response

August 18, 2021, I paid Asheville Wildlife Removal $489. to remove muskrats from my pond. during the next several days *********************** visited, placing traps in the holes that had been dug in the levee. Within 10 days, no muskrats appeared to have been trapped, the traps were removed, and no further action has been taken. This is an egregious violation of the terms of the agreement.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: even though he did show up, there were no traps to be reset. I had just inspected all the locations the day before Rusty showed up, and could find no traps in any location. I think he has too much on his work schedule to properly serve his clients.

On June 21, 2021, Rusty Russell of Asheville Wildlife Removal LLC came to my home at 155 Crosswick LN, Hendersonville, NC, 28739, regarding a complaint I had about mice. Mr. Russell inspected my home for entryway that rodents could gain access inside and took several pictures of possible entry points. I paid him to repair the following areas needing exclusion repair: gaps around the chimney; roof boots that needed replacing; a hole in house cedar siding where starlings had built a nest; replace a missing outside dryer vent cover; close with mortar, heavy-gauge wire, and wood a crawl space next to the base of the fireplace at the foundation of the house. He charged me $1450, which I paid in full with check #1393. The only work he did was put down some powdered corn cob rodenticide. He promised to come back, but never returned, after more than a month of trying to reach him by phone, he sent a worker who had no idea of what needed to be done, nor the tools needed.
