Had Asheville wildlife removal come out for bat removal.. ***** told me that they would seal everything to avoid bats entering and I think this was done but I also paid for missing shingles and that they would tighten everything down and I would be good to go for next 10 years with the roof. This was not done and now we have a leak inside one of the condo owners ceiling. We also paid for a bat house to be installed and this wasn't done either. I contacted ***** and all he wanted to do is give me a quote of a whole new roof which now with spending the money for bat removal and new shingles, we are not able to do this. All I wanted was to have the missing shingles replaced that was already paid for. Haven't heard anything back from him, except for a quote of a whole new roof.Review from Mary H.

Do not do business with Asheville Wildlife Removal. They did not do everything they said they were going to do and then did things that you wouldn't want if the would have explained it better. Then after I had a contractor here doing other work, they discovered these issues. I was still under their three year warranty. So I called them as said on the contract it states they were going to remove and clean away all the f**** in the soffits. They did not. Of course I wouldn't know this as I am a 60+ and not capable of investigating that. I had a contractor out here doing other work and he inspected it as there was droppings coming out from the soffit. This is clearly spelled out in contact and they wont come out and clean it. They won't even come out an reinspect the work they did in the attic which warranties nothing coming back. The warranty ends in a few months. I asked them to come inspect the attic to ensure this isn't new f**** and if it is old it clearly wasn't cleaned at the time of their work. Please note Customer had us spot clean 2-3 years ago. She wished for us to clean the bulk of the mess. She had a company come pressure wash. When they did this any mess she did not have cleaned previosuly was pushed out due to the pressure. I qouted her to fix what she did not want done a few years ago approx two weeks ago. If she wishes it to be removed it would be a new job. Upon review the ***** matter was old and no new droppings. The warranty covers reentry of removed species of areas we repaired at that time.Review from Jerry J

************************* website on Asheville Wildlife Removal says he is honest and dependable and a member of BBB. None of which in my opinion is true.. This issue has been going on since January 7, 2021. I still have traps attached to my roof even with vermin trapped that he has promised to remove since March. He has promised many times "I'll be out this week" Never showed. I truly regret using him and you'd think after almost ***** dollars he'd hold up his commitmentAsheville Wildlife Removal, LLC Response

We apologize for the delay in having traps removed and for any unpleasant experience and feel this review is not fair. Please note customer hired us to remove ********************** from inside the home. Then on day job was finished they would not allow us to remove traps at that date and time. Customer should have allowed the traps to be removed at time of service. Since customer requested them to be left after job complete there was not an urgency to acquire last two traps that should have been removed at last date of service. Customer no longer has any traps at home and they were removed.
