  On June 1 2023 my engine blew in my **** *******. Friday June 2 2023 called dealership I bought it from ask if they had a ASE Certified Mechanic that worked on there vehicle. Chris from Quality Auto Care is who they recommended. Said that he did the inspection of vehicles when they bought them from auction before they put them on lot for sale. I proceeded to contact Chris on Friday morning August 2 2023. They came with their rollback and hauled my vehicle to their shop **** **** *** ******** **** *****. June 21 2023 they said they were done that I could pick it up. I proceeded to their business, paid my deductible and left with my vehicle and drove it ten miles to ********* ******* . Parked and proceeded to turn vehicle of but it wanted to still run and cut off slowly. I took vehicle back at that time and explained why I was returning. He brought his computer out to my vehicle and said crank it up. It would not start. He said there was nothing he could do, his computer would not communicate with the vehicle's computer. I told him he was supposed to give me back a running vehicle. He replied I did, you left my business and it was running. There's nothing I can do. I told him I only drove ten miles and didn't like how vehicle would cut off slowly and brought it back to address the situation. He took it to ********* dealership on Monday 26 2023 where a diagnostic was done. Turns out was a lose wire. I picked vehicle up on July 3 2023 and drove it home. When I woke up July 4 I noticed a oil spot under my vehicle. It leaked out a half quart of oil just sitting overnight. On July 5 2023 I noticed the engine rocking back and forth. The back motor mount is broke or was not connected back right. I have called Chris number numerous times but no one will answer. Haven't drove back yet to shop because I'm afraid it might do damage to my engine or vehicle. I'm searching for engine vin number now to make sure engine was replaced. Could be some insurance fraud going on but don't know yet. Pissed Consumer.

  We filled his warranty claim for him on his engine replacement at no additional cost to the customer. He paid his deductible for his claim.  We replaced his motor with a used one. He had an issue after he picked it up. We sent the vehicle to Chevy at no additional cost to the customer and paid for his repair there. His used motor developed an oil leak soon after it was picked up. We fixed that issue at no additional cost to the customer. Also paid and replaced a motor mount at no additional cost to the customer. And have not heard back from him.
