I took my car to thomas automotive In ********, **************..for and oil change And serpentine belt replacement.. At first they had forgotten to do the oil change. So I had to have them do that again. And I've set there and waited about 30 minutes and after they gave me my car back and I went to go get gas, I come out of the gas station and there's a big puddle of transmission fuild but I thought it was oil because I recently got my oil changed. So I took it back to them and they said my transmission line is leaking and one of the techs said he busted it in half and said it in front of everyone. I told them I would leave my vehicle over night for them to fix it in the morning and then we all went to leave, when walking out the door I saw the owner get in her vehicle and realized she was Parked where my truck was originally parked and when she backed up and left there was a big puddle of transmission fluid. The puddle was followed by a trail of fluid leading up to the dock where my car was worked on, you can see where it was leaking from where I got into my vehicle and left.

The 2013 ***** ***** ***** was left with T***** Automotive for repair In May 2023.  T***** Automotive diagnosed the problems and communicated the diagnostic and pricing to the customer.  The customer instructed T***** Automotive to move forward with repairs.  T***** Automotive completed repairs and called customer for payment and pickup.  Customer said they would pick up but never came.  T***** Automotive called many times and left messages with no response from customer.  It is ** State Law that when a vehicle is left abandon on property, the business and property owned must submit an abandon vehicle report and request for title in order to pay for money spent as requested by customer.  The paper work has been submitted to DMV in ******** ** and the title will be submitted to T***** Automotive as DMV approves the process.  At that point there will be a public auction.

      Thank you,

I am rejecting this response because: I had the car towed wo the shop I agree time did go by but I AM the owner of the car and they had my phone number. Even though they spoke with my sisterin law with it being my car I should have been contacted. When the est was oked we told them there was no rush as they were going to be closed the next week. When I did call a lot of time had pass but they still had the car and I spoke with the court and it could have been stopped and we could have worked out for me to pay for the car. I called almosted everyday for 2 weeked and no one would ever get back with me on working out to pay for the repairs. Not only did they have my phone number from the tow driver but I know they could have run the plate to get my phone number if it was misplaced. I was willing to pay some of the storage but they wanted that car to sell as the bill was around 200 bucks or so to repair why would I leave a car for such a low bill. I feel like they seen a chance to sell the car and make some money.
