      This company is very shady. I have been struggling to make ends meet due to a domestic violence situation. They were aware of the issue as I made them aware. There is an employee there who texts me the same thing multiple times a day in regards to my bill. I just made a payment on 8/3/2022 and then on today Jeannia emails me stating the alarm was not on. Prior to that on yesterday I got an email stating if there was no payment made the service would end on 8/15/2022. This company is very messy and I would not recommend anyone using it not even my worst enemy. They threatened they would take me to court because there was supposed 2 year agreement that I do not recall ever signing. The person who texted me is using phone number 3364604159. It got to the point that this person sent me multiple messages all saying basically the same thing in one day. I eventually blocked the number because this is against the Fair Debt Collection Act. This people need to get their mess together and follow the law that is in place for businesses attempting to collect a debt.

      Please see attached documentation regarding ******** **** ID#********.  We have worked diligently with this customer for almost a year and the documentation will support this fact.  This is the first complaint that has ever been filed against us with the BBB in the 60 plus years history of the company.  Please let me know if you additional copies of invoices or payments that she has made or how we can help to resolve this situation.

       I am rejecting this response because:

      This is not acceptable you all are saying I was in a 2 year agreement that I NEVER signed and was not made aware until this dispute come to surface. And the unfair debt collection act has indeed not been followed. Especially when I said in a text to stop messaging me about it and the messages continued. Even after I said stop and I have proof of that it wasn’t deleted from my phone like the documents provided by the company show. If need be to get this handled I will simply contact a lawyer. After being told to stop texting etc a company is not supposed to continue messaging. That caused emotional distress on my behalf and this company knows I have been dealing with a domestic violence situation since last year and they still continue with the unfair debt collection practices they are using. Considering the situation and emotional distress whoever it was that kept texting me and I eventually blocked them because they would NOT stop has caused I’m asking to consider the equipment paid in full and I will pay the 37.00 a month monitoring and if this cannot be agreed upon I will see legal assistance.
