    On 10/18/21 our HVAC unit in our home was not heating up so we contacted Mr. V***** to see if he could come out and see if he would be able to fix it. He told us he could be at our home at 5pm and it would be a $75 diagnoses charge plus an additional charge depending on what he has to repair which we agreed to. He was able to fix the unit and we paid him $150 total. At 4am we noticed our home was 55 degrees and the unit stoped working so we called Mr. V***** that morning and explained to him that the unit was still not fix and he agreed to come back out around 6 pm. When he arrived he told us the safety switch had to be replaced and that piece alone was $125, he said he would be able to fix it Wednesday around 10am but that he would wire the unit so it could work without the safety switch( which is a huge safety hazard) for that night we didn't say anything because he claimed he knew what he was doing. Wednesday morning Mr. V***** said in order for him to come and replace the part it was be $300 more apart from the $150 we had already paid him. We told him no right away. I looked up the part # and that part is only $25 minimum when he told us $125. I called Mr.V***** and asked him for his company identification # as well as his HVAC license # and he refused to provide it. I called another tech to fix my unit and he tested the part and it did not need to be replaced all that was wrong was that the hose inside the unit was clogged and needed to be clean. I asked Mr. V***** for the $75 repair fee refund because he did not fix our unit and I had to pay another tech $80 to fix it and Mr. V***** refused to refund my money. I explained to him that he did not fix our unit therefore we needed a refund but he has since blocked my number from his phone. This is not the first time Mr. V***** has done this from what I hear.
