A mobile home was ordered in January 2022 and the company did not place the order until March 2022. The mobile home arrived in June 2022 and I still have not moved in. They have not started the process of setting up my mobile home. They placed the mobile home without having all the permits from the county and the interior and exterior of my home was damaged. Besides all this, I have already financed all the costs (mortgage) that were quoted me in my mortgage and now they are saying they need more money. I am not living in my home and am paying a mortgage on it. I do not have anywhere to live right now because my lease ran out on my apartment. I am living with family. They did not grade the land, which was included in the financing. they did not finance all the things that I requested in my mortgage. (a driveway) Nothing about this process has gone smoothly from the start. I do not have any extra money to pay for any more charges. I cannot get anyone from the corporate office due to being an automated voicemail. I cannot find a phone number for anyone at the corporate office to talk to. They are telling me to refinance to get more money. I really need assistance with this.Business response

I have sent the letter to our regional manager and I have been working with ****** to get everything completed and inspected so he can get moved into his home. We have gone through many changes since February 2022 unfortunately most were during ******'s buying of the home to delivering the home. I believe the main issues for him are not being in his home yet and having to make the payment but unfortunately that always happens since the lenders will not push back the date of first payment to the date the homeowner is cleared to move in and the other problem is the issue with his septic tank. We only had $5500 in the deal for his septic and unfortunately his property required a septic and pump system which caused it to cost double the amount in the deal and nobody could have known this before since you have to have the septic permit to know what type of system is required. It is my understanding that since we have paid $6500 for the septic Legacy has asked ****** to pay the remaining $5000.
