09/09/2021 - I bought 12 cans of Castle Window Cleaner thru the SoFasCo website. Received confirm email from [email protected] for order AB- 2827, total cost $59.48 which was charged to my credit card. 09/10/2021 - Received email from [email protected] that my order had shipped via ***, tracking #: ******************. 10/09/2021 - Received "Follow Up" email from [email protected] inquiring as to how I liked the product and asking for a review. The email made me realize I hadn't received the order. I walked thru the emails & *** tracking info & discovered the following information: * 09/14/2021 - *** updated the Tracking Tool indicating the item was damaged. * 09/15/2021 - *** updated the package was damaged and was being returned to the SENDER. * 09/17/2021 - *** indicated the package was out for delivery to the SENDER and had been signed for by "Park". I placed a phone call to the phone # on the SoFasCo.biz website, 436-478-6734, and left a message requesting a callback on my order, providing the above info. When I'd waited more than a reasonable amount of time with no response I called again & left another message. Unfortunately I didn't document the dates & times of the phone calls (didn't think it would progress to this). 01/04/2022 - Drafted an email to [email protected] regarding order issue (the *** tracking updates were attached) & requested a response. Upon trying to send my email I received the following: "Address not found Your message wasn't delivered to [email protected] because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail." 01/14/2022 - Sent my 01/04/2022 email to [email protected]. Once again I received the same error message received on 01/04/2022. 01/14/2022 - I re-sent the 01/04/2022 email to [email protected] & did NOT receive an error message. To date I have NOT received a replacement shipment, a refund, nor any contact from the company (no return phone call or email). Phone# now continually says "all circuits are busy".
