Very poor experience with the Asheville people. Sent 5 rugs out for cleaning. Asked for one to be repaired (it wasn't). Another handmade rug came back damaged, so we will repair it ourselves. They misread the order and forgot to bring one of the rug pads. Made arrangements for it to be delivered several days later at a specific time picked by the manager ******, then 15 mins. before that time was told they couldn't deliver it until later. Got mad at them, and their reaction? They're going to give me a refund in 2-3 week and not come at all with a pad even though this was their fault to begin with because the poor babies didn't like being yelled at for crummy service. So I bought one from ********** and will install it myself. Zerorez = Zeroservice. I want my refund of $189 + tax as well as the $50 cash tip I gave these people last week, and I don't want to wait 2-3 weeks to get it that's just absurd they could cut a check in a day if they chose to. The local manager ****** is to blame for this mixup as he did not bring the material I paid for originally and did not check his technician's work; he set the time for the return visit in writing to me and yet failed to tell his employee; and instead of fixing his mistake he flat out refused to come and said he would just ask his home office to refund the monies.Business response

We apologize for the trouble this has been for you and we have issued a refund of $253 in the beginning of July because of it.Customer response
