We went to a seminar in *************** on a Friday night at a hotel conference room ref : *********************** we listened to the speaker and initially it sounded good so we unfortunately gave a deposit of a $1000.00 for what was supposed to be cruises ********** at a much cheaper cost . I called a couple of days later and asked for a price on a cruise and was quoted a cost for 7 nights I then went on line myself and did some research myself and ended up with a better deal . I called and spoke to ****** and advised them that I realised that I did not need this service and asked that I have my money back and was told that it had to be called within 3 days which it was called within the first week I was really upset as I knew that it was a scam . Since then I have called numerous times to no avail and texted ,We are an elderly couple with limited income .My husband is a 100% disabled ******* Vet and I FIND IT DISGUSTING HOW YOU CAN DO THIS . I have tried calling but gave up as I knew it was useless then when I received the notice requesting the $249 YEARLY PAYMENT it had my blood boiling .How you an do this is beyond me .Im thinkink of calling the ** stations etc if I dont get my money back as I can really use it . Please respond to me as my husband is ill and I have many outstanding bills .My account is ******* DO NOT DO AN AUTO DRAFT OR I WILL HIRE AN ATTORNEY AND GO STRAIGHT TO THE NEWS CHANNELS !!!Business response

*************** on behalf of *************. We are unable to respond to the Korchmas statements regarding *********************** sales office or their sales process as ************* is not ***********************.
************* (RSIVacations.com) is a business-to-business provider of private-branded leisure lifestyle and travel benefits programs. *********************** is a client we have a contractual relationship for whom we provide travel and travel fulfillment services for their members. ************* and *********************** are separate and distinct companies that are owned by unrelated principals. ************* had no involvement in the membership sales process and did not receive any portion of the price paid by the Jordans for their membership.
The Korchmas travel-related complaint is regarding a cruise quote. Their complaint states the quote they received from us was higher than the quotes they received from other sources. Unfortunately, they did not provide the quote to us so we were not able to make sure the quote was indeed an apples-to-apples/oranges-to-oranges comparison.
We hope our response adequately addresses the Korchmas complaint regarding the quote they received from us.Initial Complaint

On Dec. 1 2023, I received what appears to be and invoice to my address, but the name on the bill is "***************." There is no one by that name at this residence. I have not opened the envelope and am returning to your company (returning to sender). I'm concerned as I have been a victim of identity theft (someone filed my taxes for me 10 years ago). Am hoping that my credit cards have not been compromised. Thank you for your thoughts.Business response

Being billed for services neither my spouse or myself signed up for. We have no desire for their services now or in the future. Any further communication from this company I will consider harassment and will seek a monetary resolution.
