Hired them to install a new opening system on the community entrance gate. They used a subcontractor to do the install without informing us. We are now 3 years into this project. Have not seen the sub in months who, I was originally told, would be our point of contact. They have been paid in full, and we have an incomplete install. The current manager refuses to send someone out to verify the project status without us paying a service feeBusiness response

We often use sub contractors for specific work. This work was completed 12/15/2020. Customer didn't pay in full until May 2021. The subcontractor was notified in 2022, when customer reached out for service. ********************** Door hadn't heard from the customer again, until December 2023. Warranty has expired, so service fees would be charged. As a courtesy we did notify the sub-contractor to see if they could assist the customer. Customer declined the preventative maintenance program that was offered to help maintain the system. The work was completed and the system is near the end of it's life cycle. We are wiling to go back, but there is a charge.
