In September I had MB Haynes HVAC do a heating system check and yearly maintenance on our split system. The technician replaced a bad heat strip with an installed spare. Now my outside heat pump doesn’t work. Only the heat strip is working. This is a very expensive way to heat my home. I spent approximately $230.00 on this service so to be assured my system is ready for winter. I contacted Haynes to return and fix it right. I was pretty much told to go pound salt by Mika. Rather for them coming back and doing what I paid them for. I now have to hire a different HVAC expert. to fix my system. So, customers beware of this troubled company. I’ve been a customer for over 15 years with nothing but top-notch service. Now not so much what a shame of the times we are now in.Business response

We received this notification from our customer. We reached out with our contact information Saturday and finally realized on Monday we had a wrong number.
Ryan S******** was able to visit the customer, determine what the issue with the unit was. He explained that the new issue was unrelated, but was not found until the weather change. Bad part is a faulty TXV.
Customer said he was satisfied with our assessment and response and intends to remove his complaint due to our fast response.
