I visited Earth Fare at ************************************************************************. Upon arrival, I entered the store and purchased two quarts of organic oats. My checkout experience was pleasant, but as I exited the store, a female employee was spraying plants near the door. As I walked past her, she turned and pointed the sprayer at my face. I looked at her, and she said it was just a joke.A bakery worker called the manager over the intercom for me. When he arrived, I informed him about the disrespectful actions of his employee. He responded that she had told him I would be coming to make a complaint. I insisted that the issue needed to be addressed immediately, as I came to make a purchase, not to be disrespected by an employee I did not know. I never said anything to her, so why would she feel compelled to point a sprayer at my face as if she were going to spray me with a pesticide?The manager replied that it was only water, to which I responded that it didnt matter if it was water or notshe should not have done that. He then apologized on her behalf. I told him the situation needed to be addressed immediately and that I would not tolerate that type of behavior. He said it would go into a report. I informed him that I would file a complaint with corporate because it did not appear the issue would be addressed.The manager did not ask for any contact information to file a report. I requested the employees first name ****** and title Assistant Produce Manager which he provided. However, he instructed me not to tell her that he gave me the information but to say I got it from her name tag. This made me doubt that he would actually address the ********** I have a video of the conversation between myself and the manager, so he cannot dispute what he said.

I work for Earth fare in ************************ for about a week I am now trying to receive my food stamps I'm a senior citizen they will not submit a letter of termination or that I no longer work there they advise me to reach out to HR at Earthfare.com There is no such place there's no people no phone number no mailing address no way to ask them to do this this is not fair to me I need to get food to survive I'm on a fixed income I am a senior citizen thank you
