      I was initially contacted after my Doctor sent them my information. I was told by the representative that she had my insurance information and there would be no cost to me for the **** machine. They were good at sending informative emails but the appointment with their tech regarding the fit and use of equipment was pointless and only available weeks after using the equipment. Then after 2 months of use, and meeting and exceeding all compliance usage, I received a bill for $720.00. I also received my EOB from **** which stated I owed them $720.00. I called Carecentrix who sent the bill and they said to call Aeroflow and that they only bill what they are told to bill. Aeroflow told me I didn't owe anything so I ignored the bill only to be sent a late bill a month later. They put me on a 3 way call to arrange a return for the ****. I never would have ordered it if they had told me the truth from the beginning. They are scammers and liars and try to take advantage of you. I have returned the **** and hopefully will have no more dealings with the companies.

      You can't even file a compliant on this site for the BBB! What the heck is going on. I can't even find the company (Aeroflow) and they are supposed to be an A+ rated??

      The company initially sent an email stating that I was eligible for a free breast pump replacement kit. When placing the order on their website, my insurance was verified, and the total balance at checkout clearly showed $0. However, several months later, I received a bill for the product.Upon contacting their customer service, I was informed that I had no outstanding balance. Despite this, I continued receiving billing notices. This practice appears to be a scammisleading customers into believing they are receiving a free product, only to later demand payment. This is an unethical and deceptive business tactic that forces customers into unexpected financial obligations. I request that the website corrects this issue immediately and cease these misleading billing practices.

      ***************! I paid extra to upgrade the pump. They had my doctors contact info for the rx but only faced not called. Got my money and they did nothing! I hd to play middle man because they dont do outbound calls. Freaking lazy! No thanks! Just send me my pumps and go away and take your insurance money and mine sheesh!

      Overall, poor management and policy hinders access to appropriate lactation education and to a medical device *********************** pump). I have made contact with them when my insurance was approved for a free breast pump and lactation courses. I doubled checked my statement of benefits and sure enough. I was covered! Until I attended the courses and received my estimate. They filed the wrong insurance plan. I had followed up with my insurance company and with Aeroflow directly. Luckily, I have learned my ****** from this experience. I would say that customer service in sales had been little help and defensive. Instead of listening to the problem, they would ignore my concerns and then not document ANY correspondence between myself and my insurance provider after multiple calls. Aeroflow needs to do better with their policy, logistics, and patient education/healthcare literacy/insurance&billing correspondence. I have not been impressed with management and team representatives of the sales department. It was a disorganized mess. Do better or keep getting negative reviews. ??????? There are other ways to get lactation courses for free AND get a free breast pump.

      This company is a huge POS and a scam. I will be telling my hospital and the head of our OB practice to drop them as their preferred (see also: pushed) pump source. They have my pump listed as 100% covered, while others have an associated cost. I chose the "free" one through my insurance and was repeatedly told that it was completely covered. Now I look at BCBS's website and the company is planning on billing me.They also keep trying to get me to order compression socks, a belly/support band, and c-section bandages so that they can charge the insurance company for them. They WAY overcharge for these items (compression socks are not $168 dollars!)

      Awful. **************** is a joke, you cant speak with a live person. You have to leave a voicemail and then wait over a week to even hear back from someone. Did not work with me regarding my insurance issue and made me pay for the whole pump and they took a year to send the bill, I thought it was a scam but no, they say Im responsible!

      They misrepresented themselves. My sensors were free from other pharmacies They said theirs would be. They shipped me three orders and I ended up payment for 4 and now I get harassing emails asking for more money. They are awful.

      I did all the steps they asked. I got confirmation from obgyn and insurance that the socks and belly band was covered. They emailed me and told me I was covered. I ordered them. 0$ for everything including breast pump. Got the socks and belly band. Now here I am a month later being charged 90$ for 2 items. The compression socks and belly band. Thankfully I have not used them. I sent an email to let them know I will be returning them and to also cancel my breast pump because I do not like surprise bills. No one does. If it wasnt covered they shouldnt have let me order the item. Its a scam on pregnant *********** sick behavior.

      I was approved to order a pump through my insurance. I paid for my pump, & parts kit in full out of my bank account which included an insurance discount on the price. I was never sent the parts kit, & had to request a refund. Fast forward 3 ******* *** am being sent a bill for the same payment that I made when I originally purchased the pump/parts kit. I called to see what the issue is, & why they are attempting to bill me 2 times for my one purchase. They said my insurance never approved the claim, & that they in fact do not accept my insurance. As a courtesy from them to me for the mistake they made on their own they waived the bill. PLEASE BEWARE. I can not imagine if they did this to someone who could not afford it, & refused to waive a bill on a mistake they made! Keep in mind I havent even been able to use this product as I am still pregnant. I can not even confirm if it works, or if the whole thing was a scam on my end. I am so disheartened by this. Please do not order from them!!
