An order was placed on June 7, and my account was charged ($94). After not receiving the order nor a confirmation or tracking number, I called the company on June 21. I was told to wait a few days and then call back if I still hadnt received the package. When it did not arrive, I called again on June 25 and was told they would reship the order. I was traveling (although someone was at home to receive mail) and when I returned I had still not received the order. I called again on July 22 when I was told they had just reshipped the order and I should wait a few days. When I asked about tracking, they said they did not use trackable shipping. I just called back today and was told the person who could research the order was away. I want my order shipped to me with a tracking number. I have no way of knowing if they even sent it to the correct address.
