I went to this business to have strawberry laser lipo. **** I spoke to the lady on the phone at initial appt set up she NEVER told me about a 150$ fee to see the dr. before the treatment. She took payment for all equaling 300$ before the visit even happened During my patient information time with the *** she even told me that she thought I would get my money back and not be charged to see the dr because the lady at the front was confused and she thought I was having an exam done with this practice. I already have a ob-gym and family dr in the county that I live in. Once I paid the 300 for appt I asked if it would be like this every time and she said no because I wouldnt have to see dr. **** I called to reschedule **** said the ONLY times I could be seen are between the hours of ****. Note* my appt before was at 10am. **** I asked for a refund back **** was very rude and said that I could not have a refund because I saw the dr. **** is bad business considering I did not have an exam done from this practice and they took my money and that I am not able to be seen again due to time restrictions. The fact that I am only able to come within a one hour period and they took money for a dr visit that I wont even be able yo come back to, is seriously fraud. If they can only do it at CERTAIN hours they should SPECIFY in their advertising. Otherwise I would not have spent my time driving an hour to this place if I was not able to come back again due to time restrictions.Note** I only want the refund back for the dr visit considering that it was not mentioned in the initial appt setup and that the dr did not do a yearly exam like **** said the payment was for.Business response

I have spoken with Dr. ******************** and she has agreed to reimburse ************** $75.00. Dr. ******************** said that the patient received the physician's **** and the laser service. The $75.00 refund is for a partial refund of the doctor's **** for the office visit. We have tried to contact this patient repeatedly to offer her options but have had no reply. I am sending a check to her at the address we have on file.
